Very cool! I like the twist on "mini motorways" with the looping theme :) A really welld one, polished game, I like it!
Wow such a simple concept, but your execution is sooo good!
I really like the management and fun driving. Reminds me a lot of "mini motorways" which is awesome!
I had a lot of fun with this! Really enjoyable game.
Well done! :D
This is probably one of the most elegantly designed games I have seen so far!
Similar concept to our game with the recording of cars but I was not expecting to see that applied to a more management-style of game but it totally works. Reminds me a lot of Mini metro with the minimalistic artstyle and the slowly zooming out camera revealing more houses and shops as the way to increase difficulty over time.
I guess the only thing I might be missing from that kind of game would be a bit of variation to kinds of cars maybe? Or some other way that the gameplay evolves over time. But of course, for a game jam I think it's more important to focus on a polished core gameplay loop than adding more features that will need balancing and testing, which I think you nailed!
Thanks for playing! I love seeing different takes from the same concept.
I agree that polishing is more important. We dedicated only two days for implementing mechanics. Anything that don't make it by then are cut out. The last two days were just playtesting and polishing, there were so many issues that we wouldn't have solved otherwise. There's a lot of interesting design problems and it was cool seeing how others tackled them.
We did plan and try out a few other mechanics, and of course with other vehicles. They ended up not promising enough for us to include, so we just improved what we had. But now that the jam is over, we're already in the process of adding a new vehicle along with new mechanics :)
This has got to be one of the most creative entries I've played. It's a ton of fun and deceptively simple. I love games where the chaos just builds and builds and you become your own worst enemy. The graphics are simple but really pop.
I though the car clones were really impressive, with how they follow your original movements but still somehow know how to dodge and swerve on their own.
This game deserves a lot more attention, awesome job!
Very fun game!
I would definetly play this in my spare time or when im bored ;)

I managed to reach number 2 on the leaderboards! Really fun game, nice to see more games where you have to deal with the consequences of your past actions.
play my game Loop Track!!! Please, Back to the game I like this game that’s obvious, especially I like its interesting loop system
i like the view of little town full of people, even if all the people is just me
Wow this was incredibly good and fun! Great take on the theme and creative derivative from mini motorways
Hooked! Amazing, perfect idea, perfect execution, the randomness is a little unfair but adds to the replayablity
Such a delight, really enjoyed this and may come back to compete on the highscores. Thanks for sharing on stream!
Saw the game on twitch and I immidiatly wanted to play it! its fantastic all around 5/5!
Neat idea. It worked well for the theme. I like how the complexity increased based on your own past actions, and you could (try to) plan ahead with the path you choose.
Nice.
I was totally in the flow. And it moved. And I clicked. Then garages and houses appeared in my existing path. And I redid. And flow. And again. And again.
Nice.
Very smooth/ polished!
Only minor thing: I prefer controller instead of keyboard/ mouse.
