This is an incredibly cool concept, but after a week of jammin' my brain seems to be too fried to get it. Currently stuck in the level with the ball and the fly and don't have any idea what I could possibly do to make it work. I'll probably come back to this one after the jam, though!

That last puzzle took quite some time

You managed to cram a LOT of personality in Time with very few sprites, just trough the tutorial dialog, it was really cute

The puzzles are great, but do ramp up really fast in dificulty

Clicking the text bubbles specificallyi to move the dialog along is a bit finicky when it changes size so often though, especially at the start where it's a black bubble on a black background

Cbe nice if simply clicking anywhere around the bottom of the screen to move it along

Thanks for submitting your game to my stream. I'm sorry I couldn't play it live. This is cute though, I'm glad I could give time a hand.

My only feedback really is that sometimes I would solve a puzzle and not really understand *how* I did it, like it's hard to know where I'm looking in order to see if I've done it properly or not, if that makes sense.

It might just be that the level moves on a bit too quickly. Either way, it's a great start, and could become something very fun!

Thanks for playing it! I plan on making it more clear why time is upset by highlighting what is expected and where. I've also added tweening for the movement that will hopefully make it more clear when you watch the solution.

That sounds perfect! :D

Lovely game, the puzzles are a real mind bender, the art is very cute and the writing is very funny. Suffers from having a fairly crazy difficulty curve, I imagine due to lack of time (pun intended) and how absurdly hard it is to design these puzzles in the first place, but an extended version with good level variety would go absurdly hard and is realistically the only downside I can even think of. Quality is otherwise through the roof and I quite enjoyed it!

This one was really challenging, but I loved the concept. Time paradoxes are always fun to explore, and you pulled it off really well! If you're interested, feel free to check out the game I worked on too: /jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3783700

I love the idea of time paradox, I think it's really funny that you could just kill the fly even before it went in the time machine. Loved it!

Top marks for basically everything on this one. Very unique idea, great puzzles, and very polished. Amazing way to fit a story into it too, and I liked it a lot. My only issue is that the final puzzle massively overwhelmed me at first, but solving it still felt great. It didn't take me very long scrolling down the "popular" list to find your game, so I think you have a pretty good shot at winning the jam. I hope you do.

Developer

thanks so much! I will be adding more intermediate levels after the jam to make the difficulty more gradual. I hope you enjoyed it!

I certainly did! I'm grateful this game exists in the world

Interesting! A bit confusing but interesting! Time paradox is really hard thing to explain and understand - but you've explined it prety well!

I liked the puzzles! I love the characterization of time. Really charming art and presentation A+

I really liked the sentences/narrative, it's very funny! And I also find it very beautiful artistically, perfect for the type of narration you used.

Really really unique take on time loops and the concept of time in a game, would love to see this expanded into more levels. The last puzzle got me stuck for a while! ALSO, loved the humour!

I was hoping to find a proper interpretation of time travel, and I found it here!

I feel like Time would be great to make friends with. I completely agree with her

I would like to see more puzzles but I think you delivered the right dose of braincluck (you know the word) and fun narrative. Thanks for making this!
