I'm not one for horror games, but this is well made! Nice integration of the theme, the writing is pretty good and the whole experience feels nicely polished. A small nitpick would be, when in a dialogue, pressing the use/e key should either do nothing or advance through it instead of starting again, but like I said, small nitpick. Great entry!
The plot arrangement is very ingenious and the atmosphere is well created. Super creepy( especially when I want to "exit" the game at the end) and I love it!
Really well done! The atmosphere and pacing were super effective—I actually got chills a few times. The story kept me hooked, and the music added so much tension. Great work, you should be proud!
I really liked this one! I was really curious how it was going to end and feel satisfied with all of it! Creepy and fun
This game i love the story this is really impresive for a game to have so mutch story 😅
Did a very nice job at intense music, and the atmosphere fits the story very well :). One small suggestion here, I think normally the "interact key" shall be same as "change the dialog key".
I think normally the "interact key" shall be same as "change the dialog key". - Haha that is correct, I missed that initially because the dialogic system in godot I was using uses space by default. And then it was too late to change and test later.
Ill update that fix after the jam
Thank you so much for playing !
I loved the story, the atmosphere, and the audio design! The fourth wall break in the main menu is also a super cool touch to the overall story
I had the same issue with "Go to the sofa" as An Actual Typhoon but I found the [spoiler] papers and then got the TV quest. This game was intense! I enjoyed uncovering the story and you really nailed the horror tropes. Returning to the title screen and then tryna click "flee" was my favourite.
I liked the atmosphere. Neat watch the house get painted over time. Good use of music. RIP Mr. Fish.
There's a part where it says "Go to the sofa to process this" but going to the sofa just triggers "I don't want to watch the news today." I was about to quit, but luckily I happened to re-check the ketchup stains next to the bedroom table and that changed the quest to "Go watch the news." Maybe the quest text was incorrect?
Finished the game. Godot represent!
