Really nice game, and loved the vibes!
Some things were very confusing for me tbh, though. Like in the first round, the central building was "1" in my head, not 0 (since you said it's the number of objects). Also, it was a bit confusing whether empty tiles can have any water at all (although it becomes obvious when I thought of it, but as a learning progression - it was a source of confusion). But once figured out, it's a really nice puzzle to play with!
