Very fun platformer, I had a lot of fun trying to solve some levels in as few deaths as possible!

This is a pretty common idea, but how you used it was amazing; I loved that you added the triangle tiles to reflect the spikes! I think your game could benefit from having a star-based system so that we can find the most efficient way to complete the level, such as die less than 3 times to get 3 stars. Overall, this was a fun and a perfect game jam game which matched the theme well 😁

I LOVE this game... everything about it. The Idea, the art, the music. Great job !!!!

While this is a common idea, you made it yours and added unique twists to it. I liked your implementation a lot, nice work!

This was fun. I briefly suggested doing a game like this during our teams initial brainstorm, but we opted for something else. It's cool to see how someone executed a similar idea.  I really liked the triangle parts.

I really enjoyed all the puzzles! It's really neat how you can sort of choose how difficult you want the levels to be by dying extra times!

Good execution. I really liked the additions of the shooty guys and the wedge transformation.

Good execution on a popular idea! Platforming felt smooth, but I wish the dead bodies wouldn't snap to the grid, sometimes it felt like my body appeared in a completely different spot from where I died.

Fun game. couple of bugs but thanks to restet button they didnt affect gameplay that much.  Loved the music.

Although its a very common game idea, I like the spike shooter things, it really makes your game stand out among others. The mechanic is also done pretty well!

Very different take on the idea of dying to progress than I've seen so far - excluding my own game, this is the fourth game I've played with this idea. Pretty fun but the spike hitboxes feel a bit unforgiving, but since you can die infinite times it doesn't really matter. The music fits well too.

Little block didn't deserve to die that many times :(
Good Job on the game, it feels good to move aroun,d and the atmosphere is nice!

Nice music, the art was simple but enjoyable, the movement felt good but rigid. Better than my submission tho

Poor block guy :(

I wish I could undo moves, and not have to reset completely. Otherwise, it's a cool little game that fits the thme perfectly

A really good concept. I loved watching the prior versions of the player slowly appearing all over the arena

I feel like this game is very well put together and embodies the theme of the game jam.  Honestly think this idea has so much potential, although this was executed very well already. A suggestion for the future would be to add sound effects.

Cheers!

Fun for a bit but you end up brute forcing the solution with corpses. The biggest problem I had was not soft locking myself with a pile of dead bodies. Maybe add a limit to how much you can die.
