How did you implement the theme?
The fantasy theme is loosely implied with the game bewing about brewing potions in an alchemy shop, with fantasy-themed herbs and ingredients.
How did you add the special object?
Since goblins stole your cauldron, you'll have to brew in a bucket for now!

What a fun and pleasant game! I really felt like I was an alchemist.
Was curious what plants inspired the ingredients? And also the bottom shelf, I couldn't quite figure out what those ingredients were suppose to represent.
Nice work!
Honestly just some things that came to mind, I had no direct inspiration. I originally planned to show more information for ingredients, but I had some time constraints and it would clutter the screen. If you're interested, here's the names for all the ingredients:
Top shelf: water, wine
Middle shelf: moonbell, shadowsage, crimson sage, thornweed, ember root
Bottom shelf: unicorn dust, pixie wings, dragon scales, troll fat
No direct inspiration, just some fantasy-sounding stuff I came up on the fly!
A very enjoyable game, well balanced. Pleasant sound and visual accompaniment.
Thank you very much!
A simple, but entertaining premise! During later levels it got quite hectic, as I frantically clicked on the ingredients. Great use of the special object imo. I also enjoyed the background music!
Thanks! I tried to some balancing and scaling, but it's hard to get right with limited testing and time. Glad you liked it!
The game was fun and I enjoyed it, it was pretty fast paced, I figured out I could press enter to send the potion. Nice art too! :=)
Thank you very much, I tried mashing together some free assets, but in the end my crude pixel art looks good enough :)
