Can i somehow run it on Linux?

Like i've tried to run it trough Wine, but, obviously, it didn't work correctly, i know it wasn't made for linux. Yes it started and teh menu even worked, but the game wasn't displayed, in tutorial was a black space with floating helpers. Did anyone tried to run it?

I run it through lutris using the runner GE Proton and everything works fine. Other runners seems to work fine as well, even the wine ones so should be no issues.

It can also run using umu-launcher. After installing the umu-launcher package you can use "umu-run /path/to/game/VotV.exe". I've made it into a bash script for ease of use. Edit: tested on version 082c_0011

I had pretty good success adding it as a non-steam game and using proton, runs flawlessly for me at least on Arch with Nvidia. Personally I use the latest Proton-GE for best results.

I'll echo the others that the game seems to run fine under Proton-GE. I set it up with Lutris. I did try running it directly through Wine first, but got the same results you describe. Do you need any help setting up the game in Lutris?

I use Heroic Games launcher. Just use import game and select proton version it should not matter really but select Proton-GE just to be safe. I played 25 Hours of it not a single crash or glitch and it runs better too! I get 10 fps more on my arch Linux setup compared with windows.
