The puzzle mechanic and levels are creative, and the difficulty progression is actually pretty well balanced once I've learnt the controls. I think a lot of the friction can be removed by having only the relevant controls in the first few levels. For example, the first level will only teach about the power meter and shooting.

Either way, great submission. It would be interesting to see how this game expands.

Okay I figured it out! What they missed in the controls, is that "A" and "D" sets the firing power of Doki's head.
So initially, with zero power, Doki's head just falls downward. But hold D and then the power bar fills up. After that, you can fire Doki's head to wherever your mouse cursor is. And then you retract the body to set a secondary directional change.

After I figured it out, it was quite fun! You designed the levels nicely around that whole mechanic. The rope itself can also break the tomatoes, so it was very enjoyable trying to solve these puzzles! And being able to stop the neck growing with right click allowed it to be able to pendulum around ledges. Really genius work, honestly!

The main issue is probably what most other people commented on. There was no indicator on the D key being used.

And after a TON of retries, I was able to clear the final level! That was so hard but fun!

Doesn't seem to be working, not able to power up your shot at all

seems broken or I'm not understanding the controls? I can shoot once, there's no power or aim indicator, so I'm not sure if it's a case of didn't get around to that or if it's broken on web.
