Some enemies couldn't be hit for some reason so I stopped trying after clearing the first level. They're harmless, after all. I liked the teleportation. It made moving through the level feel faster. :)
I also couldn't see how the game relates to the theme of chain reactions. You just go platforming and hit innocent people who were just standing there doing nothing. What did they do to you? XD
