Very good mechanic, but I would like to explore more with this game.
Would be very cool for players to be able make some strategy, to have risk and maybe some challanges, currently it feels like very straight-forward progression.
But this is one of mechanic I love and I would love to see, what you could add to this game!

Game Description
Critters meet Capitalism! A solitaire twist where cards earn for you.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The game ties into the theme because the cards are critters! You collect, stack, and even put them to work, so, basically that.

Neat game! I liked the critter take on solitaire, the game also reminded me of Stacklands if you have ever played that. One thing I'm not sure if you intended was that you could start stacking on a non-1 critter card which made it so that when you reached 13, it wouldn't automatically count the pile as done for you and I ran into that the first time I played and chose to restart instead of manually dragging all the cards off the pile, but other wise I had a lot of fun trying to reach the goal!
Hey, I had never played Stacklands, but, giving a quick look at it, it looks awesome and really has some of the vibes here! Definetely going to check it out further :)
Glad you enjoyed it! It is intended for players to be able to start on a non-1 critter card (especially to help in the early game money generation, where you might not have the correct cards), but, I'll probably add a UI feedback to show piles that are not starting on a 1!
Thanks a lot for the feedback and glad you liked it!
Really addictive game! The music gets you in the mood, loops really well and isn't tiring (congratulations on that!). It's very well polished. I only have one objection: maybe the tutorial at first is very textual: it would help to make the player play while explaining (I understood it wrong at first and had to start over again). Once you get the mood, the only hard thing is to stop playing! Well done!
Super addicting I found myself sucked in immediately lol. Love myself a good card game
I really liked it! I was kinda sad I beat it so quick. Very well made and polished.
I liked the jazzy music a lot and the hand of cards at the bottom of the screen looked neat & felt responsive.
I think some mechanical reason to perhaps stop you (me) from spam buying cards until you find the one you want would be good. What that could be, i have no idea.. But considering the limited amount of time to make these games, i aint gonna knock you for it!
I like it! Nice work!
Couldn't really make heads or tails of this game at the beginning, and thought the initial screen was like an inventory before the real game would begin. Then took a closer look at the rules, and realized this *was* the game!
A very creative twist on Solitaire by adding some idle mining elements to the mix. Didn't realize for the longest time that the store menu was scrollable, and thought other packs would spontaneously appear after some level of star-accumulation.
Once I got into the heat of the game, realized what it was all about, and went about building my decks. After building several, saw the multiplier deck available for sale, and was like, "What's this... ?" Imagine my surprise when it significantly expedited my quest for the 100,000!
Functional programming made for a bug-free experience, and cool art + sounds rounded out the experience. Great work!

Thanks a lot for the thoughtful comment, as always, Ricky!
Really happy you stuck with it long enough to catch the twist, and it’s awesome that the multiplier pack managed to surprise you :)
I really appreciate the feedback about the store UI. It was super tricky for me, so your notes are super helpful.
Glad you enjoyed the mix overall!
Love the idea, just an idea, make the cards have different animations? I see that they share exactly the same animation and loops forever, would be nice if they were different! :)
Originally, that was included in the idea hahahah! My idea was to make different cards, like:
1~5 - bronze cheap cards, just the card with some small animation, maybe
6~9 - silver more cool cards, adding a more cool animation and a silver border
10~13 - gold cards, with a super pretty border, and the critters would be moving and all that haha
But since doing those cards took a ton of time, I ended up simplifying things, just adding some cool shaders to the multiplier cards.
Thanks a lot for the feedback and for playing it :). I'll make sure to add those animations in case I develop this further!
Really fun game. A simple idea that's easy to pick up and keeps you hooked. Nice job getting this so polished for the jam. I was a little confused about why only my 1st slot was getting sent to the done pile but maybe I misunderstand how it's supposed to work. In any case, great job!
balatro meeting an idle game is sick but with great power comes great responsibility, and ur gonna get someone cripplingly addicted to this LMAO
(i've been brain rotted to equate any and all card games with balatro)
LOL, I love the approach that Satisfactory has to that problem. The game is totally addictive, so every 2 hours or so, they display a small alert saying things like "hey, remember to grab some water, so you can work more".
I'll add that to the feature list HAHAHAH!
Thanks for the comment, and glad that you liked it :)
Feels like solitaire but if it was an incremental game. Not much to give feedback on, good job.
I totally enjoyed playing the game while I'm not particularly found of solitary. I loved the music too, and the audio feedback on every action is so satisfying!
The power curve on this plays pretty well considering that you did this in the time frame of a game jam. I really appreciate the right click to discard, though as a solitaire player double-click to auto-place would've been perfect.
This was a lot of fun! I appreciate you having a tutorial at the beginning of the game. I wish the Win Screen popped up once your score reached a certain number. I ended up playing well past the amount I needed to win. I think that speaks to the addictive nature of the loop. Excellent work!
