super simple and fun, its like a lite version of the "undertale" combat... super easy too, maybe a bit too easy. the music was spot on, had to chill at the homescreen and vibe for a bit before playing.

I like the music — definitely very PvZ-esque, and the take on the bullet hell theme is cool. However, I think the gameplay leaves much to be desired; the insect move patterns are quite basic, but also unpredictable (when you first see them), so it first feels unfail and then boring. I feel like some more UI feedback (especially sounds for when you’re hit) would be nice. I also found it a shame that only the play button worked; I really wanted to see my position on the leaderboard. The idea still has a lot of potential.
I played the game and noticed that the theme isn't implemented well, only on the menu screen where it blooms and that's it. Regarding the gameplay, the proposal is interesting.
This was very cute! I was sad when I got to the end, but it was fun to play. Btw some bugs did flash on the edge of the screen every now and then
A nice little game, the gameplay is quite creative and I quite enjoyed it. A tutorial would greatly help as the start you're a bit lost as what to do but you pick up it quickly enough. This isn't helped by the fact the settings and the leaderboard buttons do nothing. Lastly, some times the enemies will flash on screen for a second.
I think someone mentioned the small screen which sadly mad it tough to play. The idea was super cool but I think a bit more feed bad is need for when you get hit
Great art and audio and a fun concept. I do wish there was audio and/or stronger visual feedback when the player gets hit though—it took me a few rounds to understand what I was doing and how I was losing. A guide or in-game tutorial would also be super useful here, too. Thanks for making and sharing your game!
The art and music are really beautiful, and the controls feel smooth with a simple yet enjoyable gameplay. I played the WebGL version, and the screen was very small this made it look worse and also made it harder to see the enemies. Fixing that would definitely improve the experience.
Fun game! Simple and enjoyable. The flower art is great, and the music is catchy. Consider taking a few minutes and edit the Itch page to allow full screen, and describe the goal of the game. The first play through I wasn’t really sure to to do.
PS the control or leaderboard buttons don’t work for me - on web or downloaded build.
Nice job!
The gameplay feels unique - it's rare to see the game which utilizes the combination of arrow or d-pad inputs in such a way. Also the game is very polished.
super unique fun idea. I had no idea what type of game but intuitive so it clicked right away. Really liked the art style and harder than it looks but I did pretty well :) Maybe a little more feedback (shake animation not sure) but the petal health was simple but smart. Played well and had fun
Cool little game! I died way too many times until stage 4, and the last boss was real tough. The art is really well done, there were lots of different enemies and I could recognize almost all of them. Sometimes they would flicker, and especially for the boss, his image appeared in the corner of the screen in a weird way, I don’t know if that was intentional, but it got me killed a few times because I thought he would come from there. A sound effect for taking damage would also be a great addition. Good game, I had fun!
ooooh cool gameplay ^^
I want to try to play it using analog joystick. Might be fun XD
giving it a little sfx would probably help the getting damage feedback
sometimes I didn't notice getting damaged and just found out after counting the petals.
by the way, I like how you use petals for health ^^
Neat little game! Love how the flower's petals represent lives, and liked the enemy variety too
Cool minigame, the text changing as you near death is a good touch. Super concise, would love to see the concept expanded!
