Jam
It was fun, but I definitely shouldn't have waited until last second to finish it. There will probably be a more polished post-jam version at some point.

That is a super neat concept, nothing at all what I suspected. Always down for some phsysics based games and this delivers and smashes! Graphics and sound are neat Well done! Plus point for using the mouse, but the one button truly,

Cool relax arcade game ! i got some swinging technique after few tries that allowed me to reach 34 points :) great gamefeel with minimalist controls !

The game's difficulty is dependent on the placement of the targets, It felt easy when they were all low on the screen and collided into the next one and most difficult when trying to reach the top corners and unable to get enough momentum in time. My high score was 40.

Agreed, for sure. I do think the difficulty should vary between runs, but it's probably a bit much.
I couldn't think of a good solution that doesn't just artificially give the player more time when a difficult layout appears, because that would feel kind of cheap.

Cool concept! I did wish that I could save up time above 15 seconds, especially before blocks that required multiple hits showed up.

Cool concept, and it plays really smooth.

It’s annoying that the mouse controls the grapple, but keyboard controls the menu. Would be a bit smoother if you could also use the keyboard to deploy the grapple.

It becomes quite addictive after hearing the first block break. Good job.

I was really looking forward to play it when I saw videos in discord. It is really fun to play and perfect execution of one button.

Well done!

It's straight-forward and fun, I like it.  Edit: This game was still running in the background even after I closed it, I am running this game under wine so it could just be a bug with wine.

Developer(+1)

Hmm, yeah I can't think of why that should be happening. Glad you liked it, though.

Simple but fun! :) It took me a while to figure out I can click anywhere to activate the grapple chain. Making some keyboard key(s) do the same (e.g. space) would be a nice simple improvement while keeping the "Just One Button" theme. Sounds are nice, not sure if there is no music, or if Wine has messed-up the audio when I ran it (I ran it on Linux using Wine, which has greatly improved in running Windows executables in last few years, but one never knows).

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

The lack of music isn't a bug, I just couldn't come up with something good in time.

I'll remember to add the option of using keys if I make a post-jam version, though! I personally opted for left click since most keys are much smaller and a little odd to use in one-button games, whereas spacebar can be kind of loud when you're rapidly tapping to adjust yourself.
