Near-perfect!

In the game's current state I'd say that the controls should undo themselves faster given how few things you have to manage, but if you added more controls in the future then it would be perfect the way it is.

It would be cool if the environment varied a little bit for more of a sense of place, and you were able to see the virus (or the people being infected by it) on the ground below you 

I'm impressed by how you made controlling a hot air balloon so fun! The controls feel clunky in the right way. I'm glad you didn't go for mouse-based controls. All it needs now is background music or ambience.
