Love the game atmosphere ! Really nailed the Lovecraft's old gods vibe ! The gameplay is smooth and works well, I would just maybe add a tutorial or explanation of some to clarify the gameplay !
Gg overall very good entry !
Creepy, CREEPY, CREEEPYY - ambience is done incredibly weird, I was tense the whole time.
Don't remember seeing a game quite like this one - cool-ass innovation!!
Adding more shadows on the ennemy models could help them look more 3d-like and creepy, maybe?
Also, I didn't know I could actually pick which card to play until my third ennemy - might be worth adding a small icon to let the players know?
Thanks for creeping me out! haha - in all seriousness, thanks for a fun time!
Thank you for the suggestions! Adding more shadow is a good idea to further build this creepy ambience
I'm glad you had a fun time playing our game!
The concept is great, and so is the gameplay. The sounds and visuals are amazing!! I didn't get it what I was playing, but it was fun haha
Insane visual. This is on a different level of polish for a one week jam, well done all! I can see this becoming a full feldged game in the future.
I have no idea what I did, but I enjoyed it (Did I win or lose?). Very nice visuals and the feeling of interacting with the game. Good atmosphere. But some tutorial would be nice.
Really liked the visuals, really nails the eldrich vibes.
It took me a bit to understand the gameplay (a tiny tutorial would be nice, I didn't realize I had to scroll to change cards at first), but after it clicked it was really fun and I had to carefully take my risks. The rewards suffer a bit from the classic roguelike problem where I would almost always take a double card over a single one (unless I absolutely need it), but otherwise it was a fun loop.
