How does the game fit the theme?
In this game, you have to find the flashlight in a dark environment while avoiding an (invisible) enemy who is chasing and can kill you.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used the default Unreal Engine starter assets for the character controller and basic materials. Everything else, including level design and gameplay logic, was created during the jam.

I think I spent longer admiring the 3 pictures on the gallery wall, that invisible enemy really snuck up on me though
Thanks for playing! Glad you tried it out and sorry for all the bugs. I plan to release a more polished version at some point :)
Maybe I missed something, but I couldn't figure out what to do. I was running along the walls jumping to see if there was something in the darkness and I fell off the level and the game soft locked. Maybe my brain is scrambled post-jam :) Will have to come back to it and give it another shot.
Hey ho :)
Go straight to the three posters, keep left, adjust your view to see the light, then jump onto it and walk along the wall. The enemy patrols from the ramp to the left, around the corner to the right, and back. It’s visible in the editor but invisible in the EXE, so try to stay right until you pass the ramp.
If you fall from the map, you’ll need to restart the EXE, as there’s no respawn yet, sorry for the inconvenience! (If you fall from the ramp at the very top, it’s possible to continue but much harder. I recommend going left first, then right. I know it’s dark, but if you follow one of these paths (max. 3 paths), the light at the end will help you see.)
Hope this helps, and thanks for trying the game! - and sorry for the invisible enemy, I'm trying to fix it.
