I collect stickers in real life so I was excited for this one!
I was confused at first but with Mozart at my back I enjoyed figuring out the mechanics. The art gives it a nice childlike quality that goes with the sticker vibe.
I may have cheated on level 3 by using the floating block method, but I collected all 12 ribbons and that's what counts!
very creative concept! puzzles are hard to figure out at times but I was able to get all the ribbons! The movement was a bit floaty but overall very fun game loved the doodly visuals too!
Really great concept, part of the charm is figuring out how it works to begin and then it's very satisfying!
This game is really good! The artstyle is pretty, the music is relaxing, and the use of stickers to solve puzzles is a really creative concept! However, the platforming is a little floaty, and the level collision isn't always clear.
I must admit I cheated a little. The block still has collision even when dragged around, and because of that, you can basically jump infinitely by jumping and then dragging the block upwards to your feet. Also, if you move the block left or right while standing on it, your character LAUNCHES across the screen. I doubt it was intended, but it was still very fun regardless. Great work!
I love the art and colour palette used in this game. It takes some time to navigate the platforms as there isn't clear indicator where you can step on but I think it makes the game really fun to explore and more challenging!
I am so glad I could play this game. I loved everything, the art style, the game design, the music, the sfx.
Such a nice experience ! Hoping to play more of you games.
Thanks for saying that, the music it's thanks to Mozart, a great master for some of us.
Also, i am more of an artist than a developer, so, i am not really into making games.
The use of stickers was a super inspired idea and it gave me flashbacks of Paper Mario's exploration style, very interesting to get collectibles that later interact with the world. My highlight of the game.
The controls when jumping and dragging were a bit too floaty and I think the game could have benefitted a bit from SFX when you get the collectibles. I also think the game was confusing and objectives a bit obtuse at times, it could use a better onboarding/intro the game flowed a bit too slow. I like that you can complete a level without all ribbons as it gives you a replay reason to go back.
The stickerbook concept and visuals were also neat! Very chill vibe to go through it. There could be a bit more visual separation between what's solid and not in the background at times (like the ladder in L1).
Wow, that was very detailed, i really appreciate all your kind words.
And yes, you are right, nice feedback, i should have done some things a bit more clear, and yes, i am not too much into sound effects, even for a composer.
And, actually, i wanted to make the character feel floaty, so it feels like fantasy, because of how the idea of a magic book feels, but, you are right with that too, it could feel a little bit weird.
Glad of your words, and many thanks.
I like the aesthetic, but this is the one game that made me rage today.
I like that you can put the box almost anywhere as a help for platforming.
Love the aesthetic and color palette! We were initially confused at first about the mechanics, but once we figured out how the sticker book works, it was really neat. It's a relaxing vibe!
Your game has a cute aesthetic too!, many thanks, glad you said that.
I am slighty bad at making mechanics, but, i did what i was able to, i am not a game developer, really.
