How does the game fit the theme?
you are the new owner of a biscuit factory, but theres a problem, you're running out of mixture, and the factory cant afford to buy more. you are released into the city in a high speed chase, every ingredient you collect, another police joins the chase. and beware, because if you get caught you lose all of your ingrediants you collected on that run.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
siren sound effect was from pixabay.com, and the font was from fontspace.com

These top-down car games are so good! It's impossible not to remember the first GTA!

As a suggestion, I'd suggest shaking the camera less during crashes.
Running over the pedestrians is hilarious. Picking up an ingredient triggering a siren each time was getting a little grating though lol. Had fun with this!
Love the game! We had a similar idea, but ended up not implementing it. So it's great to see it play in a way that feels fun.
Solid pun work throughout the game. Burn rubber not butter! Oh Crumbs you lost the game! :)
I saw another review, that probably had the same problem as me. I couldn't really see everything in the browser, idk if I did anything wrong.
However the parts I got to play, it was really fun driving around, and the sounds/music was very cool.
Would you like to try my game as well? :)
I can't see the whole screen on the itch.io page so don't know what's happening, but driving around the city is at least a bit fun.
