Also, forgot to mention, I don't see a theme or mention for "Risk It for the Biscuit" anywhere in the game. I know that this is your very first game jam, but just a quick reminder, make sure to ALWAYS wait until the theme is announced before you make your game, because then you'll actually get a clear idea on what you need to do. Trust me, I've been there before, and let me tell you a story about how I was going to join a game jam, but my game jam entry was a little too ambitious, and the fact that I didn't know that only when the game jam starts does the theme get announced. So, a month back, I originally was going to join the Kenney Jam 2025, as my first game jam, and I wanted to do a platform-survival game titled "Platform Peril". Basically, the goal of the game is that you control a character, who must run, jump, and dash in a singular room while dodging various spawning obstacles until you die, and I was also going to add 2-player co-op, so that both players can survive the gauntlet together, and I was only supposed to use assets from Kenney. The problem is, I planned this game a bit too far ahead, because the Kenney Jam 2025 didn't start until a few weeks prior, and I wasn't supposed to make my game until the start of the jam, where they would announce the theme of the game jam. (Note: After checking a few seconds ago, the Kenney Jam 2025 already ended, went from July 18, 2025 to July 20, 2025, and the theme of the jam was "Power".) So, I left the jam, and for the Brackeys Jam 2025.2, that just taught me a valuable lesson, and I think everyone (Including you) should take note of in the future, and if you get disqualified, my deep apologies to you, but please take note of this the next time you join another game jam. 😊🙌
