I like the rolling, I could see fighting enemies being more fun with directional rolls and smart enemy AI or more diverse enemy attack types. I get it that you couldn't finish within time, happened to me more times than I can count in other jams. Don't give up!
I really liked the controls, they feel very dynamic and let you run fast. The slow-motion effect during attacks also adds a real wow factor to the combat, especially when you need to move quickly to take down an enemy. Very clever design. The monsters gave me SkiFree vibes—they rush out suddenly, and you have to react fast! Great work.
Thank you so much! Would you like to get game update notes? If so, feel free to dm Hannibal in the description!
I don't think there's a target jet. The movement works well and the roll looks at the mouse position. Maybe you could try adding a weapon that rotates around the player and looks at the mouse?
I experienced a game crash when an invisible monster shot projectiles at me. It was probably an error with the damage function.
Actually great thoughts, the weapons are in the form of animations that play when Input is detected, as for the monster, due to the last hour map creation, some enemies were put in the wrong scale, some being bigger. In contrast, others are tiny, I will try fixing as much as I can and update when the jam is over:)!
I like the concept, but feel a bit lost and confused with what I'm supposed to do? The objective needs to be a bit clearer imo. I'm a fan of the art style and the music sets the scene well.
