How does the game fit the theme?
You need to save biscuit in a dungeon, kill enemies and bring it back.
You risk that enemies can kill you.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Base UI elements are from our other game (called Iterum) and we modified it to fit the theme of the game, few UI elements in the game are from internet (just inventory background image and power up image if we implement it to game in time).
Music and weapon sounds are from pixabay (we modified SFX from pixabay to fit in our game).
We used A* pathfinding in our game for enemies and hint line.
For more information about all links to assets we downloaded from internet, see legal.txt file on our game site (we will keep updating it if we add some other assets to our game).

The game clicked once I got the bow... and kept getting better with each weapon pickup. The combat is a little frustrating, but the forgiving health system (on normal) alleviates that. I did not have a chance to dabble in the upgrade system, but I appreciate that it was there. Fun, bite-sized experience!
Awesome game! Loved the different weapons and the art style!
Pretty good game, overall it was well made
Really nice game to play. Feels very polished. Great Job!
Absolutely loved this game
NIce! I think this game is definitely going to be in top 10.
Thanks for your support!
Really fun! The one problem I have is that the movement is a bit slow and weird, but other than that it was great! The idea is so fun and the art is so pretty, I love the weapon attack animations, really a great game!
Nice! I like that you made holding left button possible and that it does that combo attack, and not forcing the player to click spam.
cool game!
Really enjoyed the weapon feel and feedback—the weapons are spot-on. The overall structure is excellent. I rarely needed the hint system; getting a bit lost, exploring, and scooping up more cookies was fun, and with solid combat I usually found the path on my own (used a hint maybe once). Maybe consider making hints more situational or slightly increasing the navigation/puzzle challenge. Otherwise, a very polished and enjoyable game—congrats!
Thank you for your feedback! Although I understand in what direction your recomending we take our game, most feedback we have gotten so far was from people who where lost and didnt like that whole aspect of the game, in my personal oppinion the best course for this game is to further lean into structure of the levels making more sence and keeping the maze aspect as rather the part that ties it togather.
From Dwarven with love
For this game, I think the main big boy on what comes out of this game are the EFFECTS. Especially the lighting. It reminds me of me playing a dungeon exploration MMO game, and y'all pulled it off flawlessly. The only real complaint I have with the game is that the combat is a bit on the clunky side, and while I like having to move my sword around with my mouse (I mean, it IS a top-down combat game), and the enemies phase into the walls (Not that's really a complaint, but still.) But nevertheless, 4.95/5 stars. Real close to getting a 5/5 star rating, and this really shows in every single aspect. Great job, HappySimon, VoidCreature3892, and Nufko3. 🍪⚔️
Thank you very much :)
10/10 but the weapon change doesn't work for me, I don't know why
Hi there! You can press V key or scroll with scroll wheel up to change weapon when you have more than 1 weapons.
Really neat game with a ton of variety! The enemies did seem to hit me when they launched their attack rather than when they would collide with me but it's still really amazing work 🍪
Yeah, we know. Its just an animation and not the real source of the damage. I noticed it on the last day of the gamejam and I figured it was better not to break anything, so we had to leave it. We had lots of other stuff to fix so it seemed like a good compromise.
I really love the idea, but I would have loved to see some throwing or different weapon types, as they all flet the same after some time, just know where the safe distance is and you’re good to go… And also I love the atmosphere and music, so overall a fun game :D
I love the overall experiences. I really got deep in the gameplay especially after i saw the cookie on the other side.
The game is really fun! It's really cured. i really like the soundtracks and the visuals. My only critique here is that I don't really like the combat system
This had a very cool art style! I liked the sound design and the character design. The amount of assets and gameplay was impressive! I did find it kind of hard to not take damage when coming near an enemy, which could be frustrating at times. All in all, a very cool game, keep it up!
The game is very good! I really enjoyed the visuals, music, and gameplay. However, I felt that the player movement could be improved. If the movements were more instant, the game might feel even better. That’s just my opinion, though!
Fun little dungeon crawler. I liked the visuals a lot. Combat was simple, but it felt satisfying to get the range down and not get hit. A little easy would be my only gripe. All the weapons were fun to experiment with
I liked that you could find extra weapons in the maze that were all unique, it's a shame I didn't find the greatsword until I was practically done because I think that was my favourite
