Look for red cubes, similar to the ones in the bunker, around the buildings. First ones should be to the left of the bunker (aka the tutorial room).
Your objective is to climb to the top of the tallest building.

I understand it now, I really liked the concept and the sound effect, but I think you should make it easier, every thing else is good :)
