How does the game fit the theme?
In this game you have to make a choice - to take a risk and lose your life (possibly) or not to take a risk, but it is not possible to sit back forever
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Very nicely presented with self consistent artwork, good choice of font and a UI theme that fit with the visual style perfectly. The audio worked well too, nice background music and effects. The risk was there too which matched the theme. The only downside was that the gameplay itself was thin on the ground. Most of the time I felt that the character at the door was most likely the wolf and I couldn't really discern from the clues whether I was right or not so I never felt like I was making an informed decision. Maybe the clues were too subtle for me! What you did do was deliver a finished, bug free experience, that was delightful to look at and listen to. Great job!
Cool idea and art. The game doesn’t have a happy ending, does it?
It would work better if the general art of the guest already had some hints on whether he’s a friend or a foe. However, it’s clear that implementing such would not fit within the time constraints of a weekly jam.
Also, I’m not sure I understood the guessing entirely. Some guests showed good traits when inspecting, but turned out to be foes.
Thank you very much for playing our game!!
The wolf can hide some parts, so sometimes when you look at it it turns out that it shows a non-wolf part of the body. We had problems with setting the difficulty of the game, which we could not solve within the time of the jam. Initially, the wolves always showed all parts as wolf parts, but then it was too obvious that the guest was a wolf, and we added one goat part to all the wolves, as if they were geniuses of disguise, but after that it became not too obvious where exactly the wolves were, and unfortunately there was no time to implement a more interesting and logical solution
Great reimagining of the game in the spirit of No I'm Not a Human. It's even weird that you didn't call it No I'm Not a Wolf :). I really liked the visual style and atmosphere, as well as the dialogue. Great job!
Thank you!
Great art, audio, and UI. Interesting concept but gets repetitive quickly. I was a little confused about whether or not I made the right decision. More feedback would be helpful whenever you make the right and wrong decisions.
Thank you!
Loved the art. The idea is nice and fits the theme but gets repetitive very quickly
Thanks
This was such a great experience! As an artist myself I'm in LOVE with the artstyle! The game is well polished, the story is also very well integrated! Made me super curious about the world you guys built! The food timer adds a lot of stakes to it and I felt really bad when I guessed wrong and lost one of the goat kids... haha
Great experience! I had a lot of joy playing it! Kudos for the team! ✨✨🎉😊💪
Thank you very much!!
I liked it! A bit of Papers Please and Little Guardian.
I enjoyed the artstyle but I would like it to be a bit more dinamic, maybe iddle animations and reactions to my mistakes.
Thank you!
Great art and visuals in general.
Strong mechanic too!
maybe if you keep working on it after the jam you could add more benefits to the guests that can help you identify better hidden wolfs
Thanks yeah we think about adding more to this game!
I love the concept! It would help for the benefits of allowing someone in to be more visible. The execution of the theme and the visuals are really great though! It was pretty fun!
Thanks
Interesting premise! Would be interesting to have more incentive to letting in guests, like they bring items you can utilize. I liked the story elements and could be a very interesting narrative. Great atmosphere!
Thank you! Yeah, i think there is a lot that could be added in the future to this idea!
Amazing art, very original premise, great risk/reward ratio.
The theme, art, and colours are all so well done! The gameplay was really simple but super engaging, I found myself rushing to click the door and praying that the next guest was a goat. Incredible job with the atmosphere and game overall!
Thank you very much!!
Love the story book style of this! Illustrations are well done, and gameplay was simple but fun and fits with the theme you were going for.
Thanks))
Very interesting visual and theme!
Thank you)
Great atmosphere, the storybook style visuals stuck out to me, artist nailed it on this one. Simple game that really nails this jams theme.
Thanks
This game is amazing. The visuals, the music, everything. Great job!
thanks)
really nice game and the art style is great!
thank you)
Cudos to the artist. I looove your illustrations; these goats are all brilliant.
Working on something inspired by folklore myself, I think I might have to save some of those design for my mood board as inspiration - they are all good, but several are real bangers. Love the uneasy vibe it all radiates.
It's a simple game, mechanically, but this heavily esthetics driven stuff is exactly up my alley.
Bravo!
Thank you <3
not too much in terms of gameplay. sometimes you knew they were a wolf and didn't let them in, other times you weren't completely sure and let them in. the art and audio were great, and helped the experience a lot.
not every game needs to be complicated, and this is a great example of that.
nice job.
Thanks! It was our second jam in a row, so we decided to make something simple in terms of gameplay and mechanics, but fun to play
Glad you enjoyed it)
That artist is incredible, and the dialogues are well written. This is an incredible game, and I would love to see it expand with more endings and more wolves.
I like the system of checking eyes, hands, and teeth, but if I could change something, you guys could add children's goats' comments/descriptions of those features to know their personality and maybe their reaction when one goat dies.
Also one random idea Maybe in the house something happens, like maybe the chimney of the house is broken, and one of the goats goes outside to check; during that time a wolf can appear like a child goat.
There are lots of ideas about how you guys can go out with this concept.
Great work
Thank you))) yeah, i think at some point, we'll add more to this game, nice suggestions, i like them a lot!!
Right now we need to rest and restore some humanity) but i see potential of this game and possibilities to add more content, so we'll come back to this game with new ideas!
Thanks again for playing and for your feedback
