Nice game! I liked the bosses and I would recommend going into a more roguelite mechanic.

Played and rated!

Played and rated! Cool game with nice graphics!

Play and rated!

I loved the graphics and mini games. I would recommend reivisit the UI for making it more readable with the visual style.

I had a lot of fun with this game!
The graphics are excellent, the room for chaotic fun is high and the evidence+gravel mechanic very clever.

Glad you liked it! The sound selection for the king´s reaction was fun and thankfully appreciate it.

Thanks! Hope you had fun with it.

I rated your game. Good luck!

I enjoyed your game a lot!

Nice graphics, story and mechanics!

Played and rated! Strong whoonit.

I enjoyed it!
I believe there is room to add more animations or sounds on it.

I tried the link but give me a missing page.

Cool entry with a lot of work for one game dev. Well done!
The graphics are fun and is very ambitious.

Played and rated! Very cool whodonit with nice graphics and multiple endings.

Cute whodunit with strong mechanics and multiple endings.

Well done! is a lot of work to make a game, and even harder make one that flow so well.

Played and Rated! Awesome association game with a twis for the player.

Awesome game! I thought about a similar mechanic for mine.

I like that it clearly inform you how should you keep an eye on, while talking a a walk with your over confident king.

Played and rated! Your game is awesome! Very start ideas and hard working code.

I see potential for a cozy sequential game with small tensions on the wasps.

I enjoyed this game a lot!
I see potential for a RNG or sequential game. There is a lot of invisible hard work in the design, coding and stylel

Well done!

Play and rate. Very ambitous take for the profile with very coool art.

I enjoyed the art and UI, it displays very clear you what you are doing and asking.

I would recommend adding music and sounds, maybe expanded with adding a profile of each suspects and smaller animations loops that can make it look they are actually in there.

Awesome game! It has a lot of personality and style.

I enjoyed the mechanics of the game and finding myself how to came up with the proof.

Played and rated! Your game looks amazing with a lot of potential for a switch game.

Review and tested! You have a really cool game.

I enjoyed this puzzle game!
The environment was very envolving and made feel an added tension. I would recommend setting a small puzzle tutorial, what about you go to the house first with smaller tutorial rooms until you find the hidden one behind a crack.

I will never trust prisoners again! Thanks for playing my game!

I liked your game and very impressed on the Hotline Miami Co-op possibilities. Thanks for playing my game!

I counted the sheep, kill the wolf, and match'em up! Thanks for playing my game!

Review and voting completed. Thanks for playing my game!

Thanks! Glad you liked it!
You got the game loop right away! I like the idea of a King so cheep and power hungry that is not even willing to give their canaries a salary, and too self center that doesn't worry that he is letting everyone know how the kitchen work. Besides,... I needed to stretch out my sarcasm. :D

Yummy Yummy Indeed!
Thank you very much for trying it! Glad you liked it!

Agree that the reading can be better, the feedback from other reviewers has given me lots of ideas on how to keep it from breaking the pace.

Glad you like it!

The idea came from trying to sell my game jam ideas to my wife during breakfast, she suggested the king canaries and then I worked on defining the game loop. It makes it more special for me that is something we cooked together.

I'm very happy that you feel it was intuitive, for me that is very challenging to make. Sometimes I'm too ambitious and make things too complicated.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Im very surprised that the sounds are been enjoyed so much! I took a lot of time selecting, cleaning and recording. Very happy it added some... crunchiness...

The visual queues on food is a very good idea! more dynamic with room to experiment and be more chaotic.

Glad you enjoyed the idea! Im learning blender and trying my best with the UI.

I was thinking of making a game where you are a restaurant owner and you have to guess who is the food critic, then my wife came up with the idea of the king canaries that tasted food before them, I added my sarcasm and voila! Game Jam away!
The king did something for sure, he would let us know, only if he stop eating for a second to ask for forgiveness, but those milkshakes won't be eating by itself.

Good idea on the theme!
I think there is a lot of room for making use of the NPCs, what if one ask you to follow him into a trap, or another runs away from you because is scare. I appreciate you use different step sounds so it does not get to monotone.
Good job for a single dev.

You see violence, .... I see an opportunity. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Agree that the menu for the kitchen can be improved, it can be more dynamic and crunchy. Allergic ingredients are highlighted in red and if you taste it before serve it would take that away, making it safe the overly foodie king. Agree that it can be improved with better UI.
The yummy yummy is my crown jewel.... see what I did there :D

You cannot even trust..... yourself!

I took me a while to understand it then it hit! I think you can use the mechanic of copying poses more and even apply some scary clones that chase you when you don't look. Reminded me of Moon.
