Cute whodunit with strong mechanics and multiple endings.

Well done! is a lot of work to make a game, and even harder make one that flow so well.

The art for all the portraits was super cute, and I liked all the little animations! The story is cool too, but all the characters were hard to keep track of. But otherwise, good job!

I got the good ending!
Here's an in depth review:
I feel like the game was good, the animations and art were really good (shoutout to your artist), but sometimes the art would shrink weirdly, as if it was trying to fit in a certain frame size (some characters would appear slimmer than they are). The music was good, but I wish there was some ambient music for the outside. I haven't played any detective games before, so I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing, but there was simply too much information, and I kept losing track of which characters are which, and the only reason I found the good ending was because of one specific clue about (SPOILER ALERT FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T PLAYED) the rat poison, and nothing else mattered. I really liked this game,  it was very creative, and I can see how well your team worked together to make it :)

Ohhh! Thank you so much for your feedback! Don't get too confident with the *** p***** though 👀 Some other characters may have had similar stuff going on too, but since players can't investigate every single clue in one playthrough, some may have gotten luckier than others. Your comment is really sweet! Thank you so so much!

You're very welcome! Yeah, I figured there was definitely a better explanation. I should probably start playing more detective games lol

Like the art haha, even though I think a more balanced approach (like all pixel or all drawn) would look better. The way you put the building also looks like you can scroll, but you can't XD. The idea of needing travel time to different places is so cool, I think it can be put into more good use. Overall, great job!

Nice luck and fit with theme :) Love the characters and concept but felt like gameplay could be more polished.

Cool game! Unfortunately, after questioning someone in the first room, I couldn't do anything more. But I like the game concept.

Art is really good and I got the good ending in my first try! Thankfully I read the instructions XD I wouldve been so confused otherwise. It was a nice game

I like some songs, tho i'm not a fan of this type of genre. Is ok i guess :S

I think some helpers on screen would have been helpful like "E" below/near the dialog box. The M for exiting the apartments wasn't too clear as well, but might have just been me since I jumped straight in without reading instructions.
Overall a fitting game for the theme. Good job!

It is a well-made game, clearly, it was a good team effort, since you asked for feedback;

I think "Space" would have been a better key choice to advance the text (could have used both). The text size was inconsistent because you were adjusting it to fit that space. When you need longer chats, split them into two separate bubbles.

You don't fully utilise the game space; there are some wide margins. However, that does give an opportunity to add A map and clue inventory that can be clicked on as well, using the already assigned keys.

I love the artwork style; I like the mechanic that investigating an object takes a certain amount of time.

Well done

Love a good murder mystery! The art is really cute and the point and click aspect was engaging. The time limit helps keep things at a steady pace so as to not detract from the tension. I did have a bit of issues with the controls, but that's more of a me thing. Overall a great concept. Well done!

Got the GOOD ENDING!! Who's the best detective in the world !!

The art style is absolutely adorable, and every single character is SO cute!! For some reason, I found myself trying to give every character their own voice while reading their dialogue XD

It's a short little game, but it feels incredibly polished! Having limited time to decide which suspects to investigate made everything feel really tense, but figuring things out was also super satisfying!

I also loved how much thought went into decorating each room. They all have so much personality and are really well designed!

And once again, I absolutely LOVE the art!! :D
