SAVE THE CHICKENS

Entry: /jam/pixelcram2025/rate/3840026

Long time #madewithfusion developer and Reactor contributor Patlegoman has submitted his own entry to PixelCRAM 2025 with "Save The Chickens" by creating a simulated 3d maze game using nothing more than basic objects! PixelCRAM 2025 centers around making low-res pixelated games that fit all in one frame using Clickteam Fusion!. What can you create with one frame and only 256x144 worth of pixel space? At the end of the jam we will show off the games on the Reactor Room and include the best of them in a compilation within a simulated “handheld” on mobile.

I admit it is not brilliant as "Save the chicken" but I already have "Fraeyer Chicken" which is about sorting eggs in my page! =)

I've seen a few people comment that the 15 minute video is excessive and I agree. I'm happy to produce a short video, but have no plans to fill 15 minutes on how I made a low resolution single frame game. Should I still submit my game or just leave the jam?

The point of the video is to help teach others how you built your game in Fusion. And as several people are already working towards the goal of 15 minutes its hard for me to change it now.

But the save the chicken making of video above is less than 5 minutes, and changing it requires you to write a single message. What part of that is hard? There is no reason the people making the 15 minute videos can't still make a @5 minute video. And that didn't answer my question anyway. I'm not going to be making a 15 minute video because at least 10 minutes of it would be white noise, so should I still submit a game? This is a gamejam, not a vlog competition.

I made this video for Super Cool Guy Micro with Plushgaming! The game was submitted 12 days ago and that's basically how long it took to make this video lol (also I did in fact send it to video@clickteam.com)

When will the videos be on the Clickteam Youtube account?

Stickarian

15 Minute Talk Through on the game elements and design. Made for #pixelCRAM game jam. Make a game to fit into a 256X144 resolution window & all in one screen. Stickarian is a stick figure fighter, with its own built in AI. It starts off simple, yet it's challenging enough to become frustrating.

אחלה סרטון יא לפלף! אתה מעביר לי עכשיו בסבבה שלי חמש עשרה דקות!

Nice investment, Nerd-Bro! Dude, That's some 15 Minutes I'm chillin'... I see I pull others out to try the same! Yo-bro!

You are move advanced than me... Your stick figure seems to manipulate the use of sword so well, and is diverse in it's ability to attack it's versatile opponents... You can also program AI that respond... Though your presentation in your howto video is dry, and you are not oh cool as me, you sure do the nail in the meat & grinding of making a use of the ClickTeam software! Great work! I only know how to slack things up, and play well with my guitar because it is fun! ^_^'

Wait to see your position if anyway you are going to enjoy your merch! =3

Surf so! Dude!

Here's the video submission for my game "Boogs 'N Beans". I wasn't sure what all to cover in the video, so I talked about the things I think helped me most in making this game.

Very good!

I'd like to produce a video but I don't think I'll have time before the deadline ends.

Would it be all right to submit one over the weekend perhaps?

HostSubmitted(+1)

yes of course!

I didn't quite make it to 15 minutes but I hope it's still serviceable.
