How does the game fit the theme?
The core mechanic revolves around risk and revward. You are constantly balancing wheter to play it safe or "risk it for the biscuit" to full fill quota.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Some of the sfx, fonts, Dotween. Everything else was designed and implemented during the jam. Credits folder included in windows build.

I liked your game a lot - very fond of puzzlers. The graphics were pretty cool and the audio felt somehow suitably oppressive. Pretty solid gameplay (although I'd have like a bit of a tutorial for some of the mechanics). I thought you could have done more with the risk theme, but overall very impressive for a solo dev. Good luck with the jam

The ability to put your own tiles in is really neat, screwed myself over so many times with the portal square.

Awesome puzzle game! I really enjoyed it. The Portal tile was wild - lead to my demise because I couldn't use math.  I didn't get my cookies back if I failed a level and restarted and the tiles that I used, even if wrong, just remained there. So I could start from scratch.  That was really risky, so I guess I had to plan better from the start.

There was a menu bug on the first couple of levels, when I scrolled, I lost the menu completely, wasn't sure how much I needed to scroll to get it back but thankfully I didn't need to buy any tiles.

Overall, all great job! I would love to see more.

Enjoyed playing! I personally didn't feel the need too much to "risk it", but maybe I was just lucky. You can also infinitely scroll through the bar on the right and clicking on the edge of a block doesn't work, might want to fix that if you're continuing with it. Other than that it's a great game!

One of my biggest concerns while making the game was that in some cases it might come down to luck, which could make the 'risk it' aspect feel weaker. I have to admit that’s a flaw of the game. The scroll on the right side was originally there because I had designed more tile types, but I ended up cutting a few since balancing the levels became too difficult—so right now it doesn’t really serve a purpose. I don’t plan to continue developing this version any further. I’m really glad you enjoyed the game, and your observations were spot on. Thanks a lot for playing!

Fun levels! The teleport tile was my favorite, and I also liked the job application intro.

He's adorable. Neat puzzler, and I liked how each level introduces a new mechanic.

A really cool and unique game idea, I can see this being a really interesting full puzzle game if expanded

Thanks! I planned to add more levels and tile types (had enough time too), but balancing the economy and quota turned out harder than expected. i also like your game

This game is awesome! Surprised this doesn't have any votes. Polished, well thought out puzzles, atmospheric. Nice
