How does the game fit the theme?
You (a cookie) are chasing after your biscuit princess, challenging harder and harder enemies (that like to eat cookies) and levels to reach and save her.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used a fantastic tileset over from here:
https://merchant-shade.itch.io/16x16-mini-world-sprites
And:
https://elvgames.itch.io/free-inventory-asset-pack
In addition we used the phaser library to build for web.

How many people worked on the game?

Very interesting concept that I'm sure could be fleshed out with more time! I wanted to really like the combat but I eventually figured out every battle could more or less be beaten by just zig zagging across the board. I understand that the intention is to do "show routes" and cleverly intercept them along their routes, but I never felt the need to do that (or maybe I just kept getting lucky with my zig zags), and thus never felt the need to rest at a campfire either.  Introducing more elements to combat like obstacles could help fix that. I love Phaser, and it makes me really happy to see someone use it!
