I killed them all! Haha, what a funny concept for the game. I wish there were more variety in what the customers and news caster said, and it got kinda repetitive after a while. I would have liked to double-click the cookies after a certain amount of time instead of dragging them. I loved the character art, and I thought the two different pixel resolutions worked well (between characters and the background). Nice job.

How does the game fit the theme?
In Riskcuit, you literally “risk it for the biscuit” by deciding which cookies to poison. Each choice is a gamble—target the wrong villager and your suspicion meter rises, but succeed and you get closer to your deadly goal. Bold moves bring big rewards.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Fun game, its like a singleplayer town of salem almost! The graphics and music were good too!
Very well crafted game. Looks easy at first, but it is very easy to get the suspicion level up, and getting it down costs.
Love the tycoon social deduction hybrid going on here.
Wow you really notice the love with that the game was made. I especially loved the news sequences, I just love such humor :D
Nice little game you created! I love the dark theme and the news caster announcing the result of my dark activities! The game looks very polished and the cookies look delicious. Maybe I just got lucky, cause only after day 1 (sorry i skipped the intro) I only bought poison cookies and it never really got me at risk of suspicion. I'm sure this was due to the fact that its a jam and there was no time for proper playtesting, regardless I enjoyed playing. Wonder why nobody visited my shop on day 6...
Hello! Thanks for playing our game :D
Really appreciate my artists for putting in so much effort, but are you sure you'll eat the poison cookies?
Anyway, I do agree that the moment the Doctor dies there's no pressure of suspicion at all. That issue probably needs to be looked into :p.
As for Day 6, probably you managed to kill all the villagers except for a handful, whose visit counters are at zero, thus their turn is skipped for one turn!
I love the art style, it has Stardew Valley vibes! It was fun seeing the same people come back to buy.
I love it when you connect the gameplay & stories by the news cutscenes("BNN" literally made me laugh). And those villagers feels so lively and dynamic! The theme and vibe feels so neat and lovely. Great job!
Thanks for reviewing! We wanted a way to convey the results of each day and clue the players in the the context of the game without any sort of explicit instructions, and realised the best way to go about it was to have the newscaster play the role of the "game master" of this social deduction game!
Really nice! A bit more exposition would be good, but I at least caught on quickly.
The graphics look good, the beat is dope, and the story is fun.
In general, seems very polished!
Liked it a lot :)
I like the art style. The music is very nice too.
I feel like there could be some simple more clear indication that the purple biscuits are infected or something. I also didn't understand correctly what is the purpose of them because it costs the same to make. Maybe they could be cheaper to incentivize to use them, otherwise I can just make the good ones forever and keep earning revenue, the game seems pretty linear in that regard. The poisining doesn't seem to be that much integrated in the progression of the game. You could probably go bankrupt by only making good biscuits, that way you need to poison some of them.
I don't know if you check the ration between good and poisoned biscuits you give to characters for the suspicion to increase (for example giving 1 posioned biscuit and 1 good biscuit is worse than giving 1 poisoned biscuit and 2 good biscuits), but would be nice to see.
The game could be more polished though. But the on my second day, something happened and now there are always 2 characters rogether and when I sell, I only sell to one and the other leaves without any biscuits. There is also someone already waiting as I bake the biscuits...

Really beautiful artwork and sound design! I like the title very much. I also love the design of characters and different lines they tell and esspecially the BNN news. There could be more gameplay, because after three days it becomes repetitive. But nonetheless really beautiful game and really like the theme implementation!
