Thank you! Our designers put in a lot of effort into designing the characters and the background, as well as mixing the music!

Thanks for playing! We were aiming to incorporate some biscuit elements into the game for sure - though it turned out many others had the same idea :p

Thank you! Our designers put in a lot of thought into the art and dialogue of the game... it's really a team effort!

Thanks for playing! We were definitely wanting to lean further into the economy of the game and injecting more strategy elements to it, but ultimately we had to improvise...

We're still glad with how it turned out!

Salem was definitely one of the few inspirations we had for this game!

Hope you didn't feel bad taking out some of the villagers! 😈

Me too! Our designers really put in a lot of thought into it :D
Thanks for playing!

Hello! Thanks for playing our game :D

Really appreciate my artists for putting in so much effort, but are you sure you'll eat the poison cookies?

Anyway, I do agree that the moment the Doctor dies there's no pressure of suspicion at all. That issue probably needs to be looked into :p.

As for Day 6, probably you managed to kill all the villagers except for a handful, whose visit counters are at zero, thus their turn is skipped for one turn!

You gave them a very severe stomachache :p

I really enjoyed the risk-based battle mechanics, and it was simple enough for me to catch on quickly. I saw your game had the same name as the one my team did so I decided to check it out real quick :D. The medieval theme is groovy too!

Thanks for the review! I do agree that the exposition is a little lacking... we wanted to go in the direction of having contextual clues as to what the player is supposed to accomplish, but I guess it wasn't obvious enough.

Hello! Do give it another try as I've fixed these bugs. Thanks for the review though!

Thanks for reviewing! We wanted a way to convey the results of each day and clue the players in the the context of the game without any sort of explicit instructions, and realised the best way to go about it was to have the newscaster play the role of the "game master" of this social deduction game!

Thanks for reviewing the game! The original premise of this game was built on social deduction games but we wanted to make it single-player, hope you enjoyed it!

Thanks for trying out the game Mew! Sorry that we were unable to expand on the game further before the deadline :(

Noted on the scale of the map! I now see that it may be difficult to make out the various elements with such a small area to interact with. Diegetic UI is one hell of a task :v

Appreciate the encouragement OlManMumbler! We did unfortunately run out of time and the Diegetic UI was a bit of a bad call on my end. We'll work on it and great to hear that people love the menu! It was a lot of work with SubViewports and Input passing, etc.

Thanks for the feedback Chipper! We understand the game is very unclear as to its goal. We'll work on it further!

Thanks for trying! Unfortunately we ran out of time to realise our vision, so we had to submit it as is :(

Appreciate the feedback though! We will come back stronger 💪

Thanks for the feedback! We had some hiccups as our first game jam submission. We'll learn from this and pick up the pace in future jams!
