This is a short 6-track submission! There's a variety of genres here, some tracks are jazzy, funky, and experimental, while others are calm and more bossa-nova-like. I used FL Studio to create all of these, and I used a couple soundfonts too, including a few instruments from Mother and Persona.
Like the title of the submission suggests, I was imagining that each track represents a moment during the night! Old Garage shows the protagonist starting their car (you can hear sputtering at the beginning), 12 Square Foot Sleep Deprivation Chamber represents the struggle of trying to stay up despite the late hours, Twilight represents the moment the sky gets brighter just before the sun rises, yadda yadda.

Theme
How does it fit the theme?
As I mentioned before, I imagined the theme not as one single scene, but as things happening throughout the entire night. I think the theme "One Summer Night" can hold a lot of different moods, and I kinda opted to show the excitement of heading out, the hazy struggle of staying awake, stuff like that! Each track in my submission represents a different “moment” in that journey, so that when played together, they kinda form a sort of diary of a summer night from beginning to end.
