Man I don't hear anyone here get Jazz like you do, the compositions are bangin and scratch that big band itch that I crave. Personal favorite's gotta be the Grand Summer Prix Opening, so many fun stabs and solos, energy is on LOCK. For just a little bit of specific criticism, something felt a bit strange about some of the solo instruments. I can't really put my finger on it, it could be they're more dry than other instruments or they're panned a bit harshly, but the way they were placed felt a bit... strange on the headphones? Still, fantastic compositions I love your jazz specifically so so much and I cannot wait to hear more of your stuff! :>

This is reminding me to be more aggressive with brass instruments :) the opening fast brass riff on the Title screen track really hooked me ngl. I was like "we goin to Mardi Gras" and then read the descrip "oh Brazil lol"
Anyway as someone who does considerable jazz myself i can attest this was outstanding jazz particularly for some stuff professing to be unfinished. Every track had a lot of guts to it. Gave it pretty high marks all around.

Alright, I'm probably gonna have the hottest take on here, but I didn't really like OST :I And I'm going to try my best on explaining why...

nah I'm not. The Grand Summer Prix Opening was probably the best track. The trumpets were really bombastic and sharp which fits a racing theme well as a nice fanfare. The start also reminded me of how some Mario Sunshine songs would start.
High Speed pursi really isn't finished which is a shame because I can tell it would probably have been my favorite if it got to have it's complete melody and all.
Also, I can clearly see why you thought my jazz solo's felt too safe as yours are much more experimental which is just a style I think I would struggle writing so good job.

NauticalAbsolute banger of a soundtrack. Big band jazz always sounds great when done well. Grand Summer Prix has so much energy in it and is definitely a stand out track. You should be really proud of what you've been able to cook up in a week!

Fleeting DaysNice stuff!
Huge Jazz fan here and this is the first real dedicated piece I'm hearing this jam. This was a lot of fun. Grand Summer Prix will live in my heart forever it was so much fun. I hear the changes you made to lengthen it so i was pleasantly surprised when it didnt immediately blast into the solo.
Man i had fun listening here i can only imagine how much better this would be if given more than a week! Im extremely jealous with your entry.

Where People Used To BeThis is a really nice album! I like the lead, the jazz sensibilities, and overall the story. One thing I wish was more swing, I felt like it could have used a little more of it.
Overall it is stil great, good luck if you wanna continue this after the jam!

Memory MadeI have to say how much I appreciate the inclusion of solos. A lot of people can call their music jazz but it's not truly jazz without improvisation! Also some references in there ;) I heard Nutville in track 2 and Dat Dere in track 3 haha. Awesome OST, one of the most original I've heard so far!

I honestly wanted to reference more throughout some more tracks I had planned, like High Speed Pursuit is heavily inspired by 'My Favorite Things's chord changes and the Woody Herman cover of it (I chronically listen to Jazz :3
Also thank you for appreciating the solos, they by far take the most time to get right and have that 'improvisation on the spot' feel.

LUNACOR ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACKWow, this one really surprised me! You've done a great job with the sound and feel of the band, I really loved it! If I could give any criticism, I feel like the Title Screen's bass is just a bit low; the song almost feels a bit top heavy. Maybe some lower instruments could have helped a bit there, I'm not sure. I'm also not even close to being an amateur on this kind of music so I could just be off anyway. Regardless, it far from hurts the song in any capacity. I'd love to hear more like this!

At the End of All ThingsOoooh that sax hits real hard at the start of the title track, wonderful! I find it so hard to sequence brass good,the brass is sounding rad.
The bassline on The Grand Summer Prix Opening has me feelin' like doing c r i m e s so I can bump this while getting away. Big skedaddle vibes.
Interrogation has a wonderful back and forth feeling. Can really feel the push and pull and tension of an interrogation.
