Nice work, this was fun and addicting, getting it right was thrilling!
I recommend introducing odds or maybe different formats like 1v1 or teams or versus a monster or something.
Also, there could be a bit of subterfuge between rounds, like sabatoge one of their pieces of gear or bribe one to yield early.
