One summer night, a deep space object was headed for earth. Nothing could save us, except for interception. Well, there’s nothing we can do but to LAUNCH A ROCKET!!!
We don’t have a lot of time, so let’s make this count.

Presents the theme of the game and is dedicated to the title screen
2. Liftoff!
A single playback track that occurs during liftoff.
3. In Space
A looping track when you successfully enter space
4. Docking
The track that plays when you dock with the ISS and resupply
5. Save the World
A looping track that plays when the "bossfight" starts, which is hitting the asteroit.

Overall, a fun little submission!
One critique - some of the synth sounds you used sound a little rough around the edges, especially the higher synth guitar in "Save the Summer." Adding some kind of modulation or oscillation to your sounds can help to alleviate the harshness and give it a more rounded sound.
Don't forget to put chapters in your youtube videos! (just type in the description like below)
00:00 1: Title Screen
00:24 2: Liftoff
etc
Regardless, nice work and thanks for sharing!
I think this is like the exact plot of that one flash game where the guy knows the world is gonna end in like 10 minutes and he has to launch a rocket to intercept the asteroid.
I really liked the whole liftoff sequence and how it led directly into the next song.
The guitar at "Save the summer" was quite loud and sounded off for me. The tracks were overall nice, I liked the bitcrushed countdown, nice detail.
Great soundtrack, would fit perfectly into your game :)
It's simple, doesn't sprawl out its scope. It was also nicely done with the electronic noises not being too monotone or same velocity sounding.
I really enjoyed the difference in style on each track but still worked together as a whole, pretty unique stuff lots of interesting sound design and texture,s well done !
Love the oldschool vibes in this one!
finally a change of pace! I really like the constant progression in Liftoff and the feels in In Space. The pace in Save the (Summer/World) is great so as the percussion, but I thing the lead guitar could sound more clean, but it's still very good.
P.S. ok actually I didn't really like the melody in the boss fight, but it's just my subjective preferences :3
Really love the energy throughout this submission, I like how it feels like there's a clear progression in the story through the music
Thanks, I tried to fit it with the entirety of the story and the time I had left.
Thanks for rating!
This is an unique entry, and I really like it. Maybe it's thanks to your unique toolset, maybe your unique toolset is a byproduct of your unique skillset, idk. What I know is that these songs stand out, they are different and they are good.
I enjoyed this soundtrack a lot. I also misread "Dock" for "Duck" and was very confused for about 15 seconds and now I'm kinda sad it wasn't Duck.
Thanks for making this. 🦆
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was quite rushed and the direction on the first part of the week was really hazy, so I'm glad I was able to make something anyone enjoyed within 2 days.
On the duck part, quack.
