How does your game fit the theme?
I worked loosely with the theme of 'Lost signal' to set up why you're out trying to retrieve custom toys; the space freighter carrying them goes dark, it's signal lost just outside the solar system you live in.
Did you get any significant work done before the jam? If so, please tell us.
Everything was made during the game jam time period! I used Game maker Studio 2, Aesprite, Clip Studio, Beepbox, and the Jsfxr soundboard.

What a cute little game ! Like many others I'm really fond of the animation and the character design work, I think you've got a lovely protagonist and I really liked seeing them get more and more happy as it counted the number of toys retrieved. A little reward for retrieving the maximum amount of toys would also have been nice, but you already crammed quite a lot of art in such a short time constraint so it's understandable. My minor nitpick is that I wish the countdown matched the look of the rest since the visual identity is so strong ! Also, the music did get a little grating after a bit, the track is good but I think it might help having a different track in menus as an… Eardrum cleanser ? If you get what I mean.
Gameplay was simple but I didn't run into any bugs so that's a big plus ! As a jam game I don't mind it being a little repetitive, though I'm interested to see what you could do with it with more time ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ )
Shaking your hand in making games about restoring the distribution of sex toys. This is just the cutest thing! Joining the chorus of people who love the art and animations, I was charmed right from the title screen (and have been excited to see the final result since your WIP posts in the jam server). I actually quite like that there's no HP or game over and it's just a matter of how much can you complete, but I do agree with other commenters that having a cooldown on a completed console to push you to use the others would liven things up a bit...though admittedly I didn't realize you could use the same one again until I had used all four anyway lol.
Most of the things I think could be added or improved on have been brought up already, but one problem I had in trying to do all four consoles was tentacles would spawn at the edge of the upper platforms and because the jump doesn't cover a lot of horizontal distance I couldn't make it over them, and since you can't attack in the air I just had to wait until they moved. There might be an approach I overlooked but either keeping them from spawning too close to the edge or giving the player an air dash or something (which honestly I just think would be a fun element to have in this game anyway) would help a lot.
Great work and I hope to see more of our fearless heroine on her quest for satisfaction!
I loved the art and animations, but struggled with the gameplay. I found it hard to get in range to hit the tentacles without getting in range of the push back effect. It was also hard to tell if I dealt any damage, so more feedback there would have been appreciated.
the art is nice i liked the pinups on the title screen and the bouncy boobs on the character model. the gun range kinda felt low and often the tentacles couldn't even hit me and when they could, the difference between stopping the console use to block their shots vs just taking the hit didn't feel that significant.
It was always really exciting seeing your animation updates in the server, and its so cool to see the game fully realized here! The main character’s art is really the biggest upside to the game; her buttshake on the panels, the “Quit” art on the main screen? Super charming.
Definitely agree with other comments that some extra challenge and/or a way to Game Over would of been good - the tentacles weren’t really a threat, and once I realised I didn’t need to change terminals it was super easy to beat.
Super cute interpretation of the theme, and the fact its purely your effort though the entire game is super commendable.
Thank you! Getting to do fun stuff with the character was probably the best part, and it's great that she's so well received! Hopefully I can keep pushing that in future updates, because I would like to take this idea a bit further.
Difficulty does seem to be the main point where the problem lies; currently it's a bit of a walk in the park unless the tentacles randomly spawn nearby, and even then it's only so much of a problem. I definitely have some ideas on how to make it a little more hectic in the future!
Thanks for the comment and playing my game!
This feels like an excellent start to something really lewd and fun! The art style is super cute, and the overall movement feel of the game is snappy and easy to get into. Watching the pixel butt shake as she operated the panels was cute and sexy.
I think the only things really holding this game back is the lack of overall lewdness. There doesn't need to be sex necessarily, but having either a Game Over screen if you got hit by tentacles too many times with the girl being overwhelmed by tentacles or something, or giving the player a sexy CG reward for collecting all the samples would have added a lot to the overall experience.
The music was serviceable, though I think it would have benefited to have some sort of volume slider.
Have a bigger downside to being hit by things, or a bonus objective to protect your ship would have made the tentacles a much bigger threat. At the moment they can basically just be ignored as you sit on a console.
Still a fun little retro style game that honestly makes me want more, which I think is a great feeling to come away with. A few tweaks to risk/reward would boost this to a top notch entry!
Thank you! I definitely would like to add more to this, in both terms of lewdness and difficulty!
I definitely have some plans for animated rewards scenes based on how many packages are collected, and I've got a few ideas for upping the difficulty too. I'll probably work on the difficulty first, since that seems to be the major portion that most people feel it's lacking currently. But that also might mean a gooped up or grappled animation too, something that could slow the player down.
Thank you for playing and for your comment/review!
A very charming and cute execution.
The gameplay felt like it had potential, but lacked a lot of challenges/balancing.
The music is a vibe with its style.
Thank you!
Difficulty was the point I think most people felt was lacking, but I do have some ideas for how to make it better in the future. And I'm glad you liked the music! I'm going to try to add more too it/make a few variations so it's not quite so repetitive.

Tentacles didn't like spawning on the ground floor so I pretty effortlessly grabbed all 5 packages. I like the music and the look of the game a lot though! I also noticed the meter had to overflow a little in order to finish.
Overall, I liked it, even if it was a little too easy!
Thank you!
I definitely have some ideas for better spawning/movement for the tentacles to make them a bit more dangerous/bothersome to the player. As well as a few other things since difficulty was honestly a bit too easy. But I am glad you liked the graphics and the music!

I love the visuals. I could watch Samxs Erxn walk and attack all day. I was not a huge fan of the music, but it was not bad. I am going to be a little mean, I am sorry I have to. I mostly just used the console I started beside. You need to give me a reason to move. The consoles could have lost there signals and only one or two work at a time. It is frustrating because you came so close to greatness.
Well, I think I may have a name for the character now. XD
Definitely the difficulty level was the big thing everyone said needed work, and I don't feel like there's anything mean about what you said. I kinda veered it towards 'breezy walk in the park' difficulty for testing and then didn't adjust/balance for the final upload. I do have some good ideas on how to adjust things and make it a bit rougher to get all five packages. Definitely having consoles shut down/get gooped up is an option I'm going to look into. As well as better movement for the tentacles to make them a bit more aggressive towards the player.

A fun little game, if not quite easy. I like the art~
Maybe the game could've been a bit more challenging if you had to use a different terminal each time, or if the tentacles would actually cause issues that you'd need to solve on the fly.
I didn't really have a reason to go up to the higher spots since the terminals down the bottom always work and the tentacles up the top were almost always harmless because their projectiles would get blocked by the ship.
Thank you!
I definitely have some ideas to up the difficulty. Things kinda ended up being an easy stroll to get the five packages, and I've got some ideas on how to make that better when I put some more work into this. Definitely shutting down terminals/tentacles gooping them up is something on the list. Possibly also having area of effect tentacles spawn that just shut down sections of the map, forcing the player to move.
I also have some plans for tentacles to spawn on ceiling areas, which would hopefully help with projectiles having a clearer shot at the player.
