I really enjoyed the graphics, especially the palettes you selected. I also use GBStudio and I understand how challenging it can be. You made your art style work with the tile limitations well. If you're not already part of the GBS Discord, there's a wealth of information there to help you out on future projects.
It's a bummer you didn't get music in there but that's how jams go sometimes, again the discord is a great place to find folks to collaborate with.
I got a bit stuck , I felt like I checked everything out but after walking around a while I wasn't finding any new objects or interactions, a little more guidance may have helped.
You built a fun little world and I had a great time playing this game, if you decide to do any updates after the jam I'd love to play an expanded version. It's an intriguing little village I want to see more of.78
