Game Description
Build a Network, and watch as yoour influence grows and ultimately gets destroyed!(if i balanced the values right..)

How does your game tie into the theme?
Here you build network related nodes, and can upgrade the.m When upgrading, they take up more land, and more revenue, but it becomes harder to expand(haha)

This is super interesting and ambitious!  I saw your comment about it being broken and I got nuked instantly so I didn't try to play more, but I'm so interested in this concept so I hope you stick with it!

PS you can do

'nuking in %d' % seconds

to show it as an integer

Developer (1 edit)

the whole nuking part was added last hour, which i wish i didnt add, since it wasnt polished or balanced, and i forgot to snappedf() the nuke part, so it induces mini seizures

While you mention having trouble with the balance, I think there are some really neat ideas here. Especially the take on expansion as a server network. It resembles a factory game (like Satisfactory or Factorio) without being derivative of the genre.

Tricky game! I think a game like this could benefit from a small in-game tutorial explaining the mechanics while leaving the player to do the tasks :) Sound and SFX would also go a long way in making the mechanical point and drag aspect feel more fun to play!

Congratulations on finishing the game, hope to see you in the next jam!

I like you approach to the theme! Building on grid is well implemented with some range. Cool!

Game looks interesting. I can't find solution for the first outrage that kills me (maybe some game issue) but I fully get the game idea.

Great job and congratulations on your submission!
