Beautiful game, but when I’m locked in and focused on beating it, I end up missing the events at the top or not reading everything that’s going on. Still, I really love the atmosphere this game has!

Beautifully presented! It took me a while to figure out that I had to press space on the vertical bars, but after that I was making progress, haha. The very small gaps were perhaps my biggest annoyance, I have not cleared a single one of them even after I realized I could stay in place fora bit

I love the game amazing for the time constraint. It feels so cozy. What is considered a good score? I dont know

I love whatever this was going for, the atmosphere is immaculate. But I genuinely have no idea what is happening.

Developer

Lmao. Fair. And you know what … Actually, as long as you enjoyed it I’m happy xD

Awesome! Had a good time playing it. The theme is fantastic especially for use in the Game Jam. The game itself was challenging enough and fun, I made it in 1521AD! The sound works well for the game, the music is lovely and the art is wonderful also. Fantastic job!

Developer

Ayo, that’s a nice score!!

Thanks for playing:D

the game lags too much for a 2d game my computer has never dropped below 30 fps (but my computer is a potato) fun game

Developer

Mine is a potato too. I don’t know why it decided to lag out in the web build. Something about whenever something appears on screen for the first time there’s a lag spike I think…

Should be good after that I believe though lol

Thanks for playing!

it worked best game i have played in this jam so far

The game’s graphics and music were beautiful, and so was the gameplay.

But I was so busy dodging obstacles that I didn’t even have the chance to look at the top of the screen. Overall though, it was awesome.

Developer(+1)

I realized that the top and such was distracting, so I added the lighting to guide the focus towards the bottom. I maybe should have added in some lulls in the action so people could appreciate what is going on though. Good reminder to break up the action and pacing!

omg that was so cool! i got up to 1683 so far LOL

i thought that this was a really cool concept, and i really liked how the revolution of each planet morphs as you adopt heliocentrism.

Developer(+1)

The year is a timer, but 1683 is a decent time to complete it in! I tried to make around 1500 a normal time for me when play testing since I believe that’s roughly when heliocentrism got accepted.

My lack of subject matter research is quite bad I have to admit, but I think people won’t take it as an educational resource anyway xD

Thanks! Yeah that was initial idea I build the game on. Morphing from geocentrism to heliocentrism:D

Super cool! Once I figured it out it got really hard, but it was a really interesting way of showing the progression in the game to have it go through time periods. Nice job! (There were some pretty noticeable lag spikes from the shader compilation, but after they had all ran it was fine)

Developer

Thanks!!

Yeah, I thought it was a preloaded scene so don’t know why it doesn’t do shader ahead of time sigh. Oh well. Thanks for playing:)

elegant, sophisticated, playable, cozy, reflective, but also it did stutter a little when there was some fireworks or something? Anyway, super pretty game! I spent the first minute of it not realizing that I hadn't used the spacebar and was like "hey I thought this used the spacebar" and then I used the spacebar and things made lovely sounds

Developer(+1)

To be honest, that was a lazy moment on my part. I could definitely have added a tiny tutorial button for the spacebar but it would have taken like 30 minutes so I went to bed instead… lol

Thanks for the kind words!! (despite my lackluster spacebar tutorial)
