as one of the 68 million people who unfortunately have to deal with this, I’ve been unable to access any of the more raunchy side of itch. Are there any plans to implement OSA compliance? What will you do if something like this passes in the USA or in another major market? I hope this doesn’t fall under private information, i just want to know what my favourite indie platform host is planning on doing about this mess.

This likely needs to be an email to Support. Leafo and staff rarely respond to questions in these forums.

While you are here, can you tell us a little about OSA? That’s legislation?

The British Online Safety Act of 2021 is a piece of legislating restricting access to adult or pornographic content by requiring websites to verify the age of its users via either ID, face scan, or credit card usage. itch responded to the legislation by completely walling off their 18+ collection to anyone in the UK and other countries considering legislation like it. think the KOSA/SCREEN acts in the US If you’re from there.
