Click “to file” in the save selection menu, then save that file wherever it’s convenient for you. Transfer it to your PC, and in the same save selection menu click “from file.” After that, just choose the file you saved and transferred, and load it.
If I’m not mistaken, all your progress will be transferred. If you run into any issues, ask about it on Discord.
