It was a bit hard to manage when more pals show up, but I love the design!

I'm super impressed! The game plays very well for a game jam game and I love the personality in all art and audio. I liked that the toys were a limited resource so to speak and that I could do big swipes with the sponge to clean multiple pals at once. The food was really my downfall. I wish there was a way to feed them faster, like clicking the apple once, and then just having to click each one I want to feed instead of drag and drop. Anyways, it was super fun :D

a tamagotchi inspire game! very cool

although the stats of the pets were a bit hard to keep track of

cool digital pet game. UI needs more indicators, I thought they were just the background image.

Music Art & Originality are great, but UX/UI is you guy's weakpoint.

I definitely think playing on a touchscreen makes it much better- but as I'm livestreaming & uploading vods- can't really do that on phone easily.

Genuinely have a full watch as I go over a lot of stuff during gameplay- more than a simple comment could do.

It's one of the entries where I'd love to see a post-jam UX QoL update. & Check it out on a phone. :D

Cute tamagotchi-esque game. I enjoyed seeing the cute pals as they hatched out of their eggs.

It would be nice to ease the player into the mechanics, and then slowly ramp the difficulty up as they go along.

I found the game very funny, It's good for passing the time, but a bit stressful after a while, I loved it

Hardcore virtual pet game :V
It looks good, the music is very nice and chill, i do feel overwhelmed by how much i need to do on the later part of it though, but this might be a skill issue...

Stressfull but fun :D

Very pretty, gets very hectic very fast. Honestly, couldn't really figure out how to get two of the indicators up. I'd mostly just feed and clean all of them until I died ^^'
Still it's a really cool idea and I probably am just missing something obvious, though the game does very much feel like the idea is to overwhelm the player until they can no longer keep up so yeah, cool game

Interesting game with nice art. Though i couldnt help but notice, i think there is a visual bug with the move buttons. I had a very similar issue when i exported to web with godot - the fix was to uncheck font in the fonts section of the inspector. I could be wrong and this could be intended for your game, but it just reminded me of my own bug lol.

Developer

Thank you for the comment, the issue is due to us using an Emoji font as the default for the project, and using < > as standins for arrows on the buttons, since there's no emoji corresponding to < >, it defaults to a weird glyph, which I liked and decided to keep haha

looks like a tamagochi but on steroids, interesting and very hard to administrate!!!

Developer

Haha it sure does get hectic

I like the visual style! The gameplay was really confusing maybe a tutorial or perhaps some instructions on the page would be handy.
