great work on this submission yall!! I love the artstyle and the idea. Unfortunately for me (in browser) I could not see/understand the "signs" to watch for , nothing would happen except the opponent doing a different arm movement, and when i tried to follow that, it ofc didnt work ,:)

Absolutely had a blast, love the use of a simple mechanic "rock, paper, scissors" and turning into a really fun experience, one thing is music and sfx might be a bit loud, adding a slide would make things easier.
There is nothing more to comment on... your game felt crunchy (very good) and well polished.
Would love it if you check out our game too !!
This was really fun! Nicely polished and very good music, sfx, and visuals! I went all out on attack for my upgrades, and ended up winning after 1 death. Not sure if you were meant to get multiple att ups in one death or not.
Even though it’s a simple mechanic, it turned out really fun and nicely polished! Visually very pleasing, great music, good feedback — congrats, an excellent game!

I really enjoyed beating the angel lol. Great game! we'd appreciate if you rated our game too :') Good luck with the jam!
Love this idea! Rock paper scissors as a fighting came is super cool and the character designs/artwork are fantastic. I had some trouble with the flashing VFX, so if there's ever a full version I'd love to have an option to turn those off. Excellent work!
Pretty fun game!
I love the visual and the music. Really adds a lot to the whole experience. The visual effects add a lot of juice. Feels very polished
The mechanics is pretty simple, but sometimes feels punishing if you forget the pattern of an enemy, especially when you rack up some combo multiplier. I think this problem was quite apparent with the boss, which as far as I can tell was full random. I got a bit frustrated with the boss after 2 tries because it truly felt random and when I lose, it just doesn't feel fun, as I felt there was no skills involved in fighting the boss. I understand the perhaps the skill lie in you having to defeat as many enemies as you can before time's up. But the way the boss was designed made you feel like the time you spent learning how to memorize the other enemies' animations were for nothing, and that felt really frustrating.
Sorry if I sounded harsh, because I did find the rest of the game to be quite well made and was quite fun. But the boss really did made me feel like it took away from the experience rather than adding to it. I hope I can see some improvements if you decide to continue developing the game.
This is incredible! I wasn't quite sure what each enemy's RPS pattern was, but that did not stop me from enjoying Jangken O'Reaper immensely! Excellent job all around.
Extremely polished game! I especially liked the combo system, music, and art style. Great job ^-^
THE ART AND MUSIC ARE SO COOL. So much polish, it is inspiring. Great polish, great twist on a classic game.
Very fun and addicting game, I played through the entire thing before even realizing I'd gotten that far. The cues for which attack your opponent was going to pick were VERY subtle but in my opinion actually not too much so, it really just forced me to lock tf in and lean forward in my chair. All around really good game
Love this catchy artstyle!
I tried to deduce the enemies' strategies, but it seems the rounds are too short to do that. So I was always just choosing the attack at random
Probably the most fun I've ever had playing rock paper scissors, really cool mechanics and sick visuals! Deff a game that could become smth special if yall ever try a full release
This was pretty cool, the visuals look real nice (sure you haven't heard that a million times), the audio and solid and use of the theme is clear
I think the UI could be cleaned up a bit more but I mean that's a very small issue. overall this was really well made good job!
also I have learned that I may suck at rock paper scissors.
good amount of replay value here!
the art is amazing, I don't know how you got that done in time. I'd still be drawing the title screen lol
