What a beautiful interpretation of the theme. Thank you for giving me a window into who you loved, and for a cute little rhythm game with some good music :)

Awesome work. The musical moments really had me engaged and sounded lovely.
Hahaha challenging for sure! loved the whole game really sweet narrative good job guys!
What a cool game!! I love rhythm games, so I'm always happy to see music-based minigames. Also, that last piano piece was so beautiful, the ending + special thanks really hit T-T Lovely concept, and I would love to see a fully fleshed out version of this !
I'm always amazed at what some people or teams can do in such a short amount of time! The art style is great, the music is stellar, and I love the story/concept of the game! Sadly, I had a hard time progressing because, although there was a "try again" button, when I failed the second rhythm mini-game (with the husband) I couldn't do anything. There wasn't a way for me to retry that section, so I had to relaunch the game. I'm not great at rhythm games, so it was a bummer when I failed and needed to start again from the beginning.
Other than that, great job!
Wow, I honestly really loved this. It’s clearly made with so much love and passion — the art is beautiful, the story is heartbreaking in the best way, and the “remembering” rhythm gameplay is such a clever idea. I love a good rhythm game, and the way it ties into the theme of memory and family just hits hard.
That said, I do have a few small gripes:
1. UI elements: Some parts felt unfinished or inconsistent, especially near the end where certain menus looked default or quickly assembled. Not a dealbreaker at all (especially for a 5-day jam), but worth noting.

2. Navigation: I got lost a few times, mainly because it wasn’t always clear where to go. Some doors also bugged out, so I had to re-enter them to trigger the next area. It could be a bit frustrating.
3. Notes/Input: You can’t seem to hit all three notes at once; the input only allows two at a time. That makes it impossible to full-combo some songs, which is a bit of a bummer. ;-;

Overall though, this game is truly amazing. It’s heartfelt, fun, and has a distinct visual charm (bugs aside). I really hope you all get the chance to expand it someday! I’d absolutely pay for a full version with more polish and story content. Fantastic work!!
of course! and hey no worries, at the end of the day game jams are just for fun, learning is a key part! and truly if this doesnt get top 20 at least ill be kinda bummed cause easily one of the best jam games ive played so far aha
also yeah, love rhythm games, you NAILED the soundtrack!! really fit with the game too!
so stylish! i was able to get out bounds by walking above the bathtub
the music and sound effects complement each other very well and are very fitting in a game like this! So much emotion is conveyed. Well done.
It's clear that a lot of effort and passion went into this game. The musical aspects especially were very fun to play and fit really well into the plot. Great work!
Really beautifull game you have here! Also creative way of approaching the jams theme with a really touching message. As someone already mentioned here, there was a bug with the "Try Again" button which made it impossible to press so I had to restart the game. Fortunately , it was at the beggining so I didn't have much to do ahah.
Just nitpicking at this point, but the characters speed can be quite slow sometimes, I think it could be a little bit faster.
Another thing I would suggest is to improve a little bit on the game navigation, I got lost a little bit sometimes because it wasn't really clear for me where to go and the doors didn't have any type of indication or prompt saying they were open other than the arrows. The piano door seemed like it had the arrow indication the whole time even when it was locked and it confused me a little bit and some scene transitions where a little bit confusing as well for me.
Visuals are nice and unique and made the game standout in that aspect. Even though the artstyle is not my style, I recognize the work done here.
Now the music, oooh the music is something special. Really loved the music along with the rythm games. Congratulations to the composer, he did an incredible job! Just a thing that kinda bothered me though is the fact the the mini games were not quite synced in properly with the music sometimes but that was not game breaking.
Overall the experience was really nice, loved the music, liked the rythm games (I'm a huge fan of this genre) and the message was really good and fitting to the theme. Congratulations on the submission and the amazing work!
What a beautiful game!! Was not expecting the music minigame but it felt so satisfying to play. The idea of using music to successfully evoke memory was such a cool concept, amazing experience :)
Delightful artstyle. I pressed E at the beginning before clicking on the dialogue box and couldnt move at all. Had to restart. I failed the minigame and the try again button does nothing. The music is really nice.
