I actually built the minigames very parametrised (including rounds) so its very easy to change their difficulty. I've actually uploaded a new version with slightly adjusted difficulty for some of them. I also bashed out a bunch of bugs (including one that broke most of our ui some 2D assets which I ended up hiding for the original submission).
