Nice cozy, depressing and uplifting game at the same time, visuals were simple but nice which I think aids with the message in the game, nice job
this game made me sad and happy at the same time, really good game though!
i really liked this game! it was so cozy and the ambience was beautiful. the only issue i even have with it is that the gameboy minigame kept playing in the background after i beat it, which was funny

This may be my new favorite game of the jam? This is a beautiful game, with a nice message. I would like a fuller game, where you do more tasks, or maybe even have to choose to do certain tasks while not doing others before your time runs out, emphasizing that there's never enough time to do everything. The call with the mom hit me, haha. My mom died a few years back to them talking about talking every day before the main character dies made me happy.
This is amazing. I don't know if this Jam has winners, but if there was one, I'd choose this one.

Played a lot of games in this jam. This one caught me by surprise.
The story is compelling, and very emotionally driven. The minigames are short and cute, and each one serves its purpose of simbolizing everything we could be doing while we're here very well.
There are a lot of little details for a game made in such a short amount of time, and the artstyle and music glue everything together seamlessly!

This was a very bittersweet game and felt polished.
I want to play more of this game - I love the art, I love the story, I love seeing the little snippet in life that the character had, and the little things like the postage stamps and addresses matching. Really love it! I think your handwriting (I assume it's hand written haha) is very cute too!
I managed to somehow glitch the GameJoy and got level 1 and 2 to go at the same time - I was spamming the space barhaha

the writing is impeccable, the music and sounds made me tear up, and the visuals + mechanics (minigames in a jam game?? never thought of that!) were all on point. this was such a beautiful interpretation of the theme, and it's obvious that the story was handled with so much care.
thank you for bringing this game to the world! if i could tape this game to my forehead, i probably would. it has everything i admire about narrative game stories!!

Wow. I didn't expect something so emotional from a jam like this. The attention to detail was genuinely inspiring - shout out potato core processor - and the note on the laptop really made me feel things. I would've expected this level of polish from a full steam release, not a 5 day jam game. Great job, and a very special take on the theme!
