I really ove the art style but I've immediately gotten stuck in the basement looking for a way to turn on the lights. Is the door supossed to open? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you! I've finished the game and a very cool base but (like you said in the game) it's very short. I'd love to see it expanded into a larger experiance! Good job!

And yeah, a resident-evil style game in an animal crossing style world is pretty cool!
My two complains is that the key was a little difficult to see and I WISH IT WAS LONGER! But for the few days of work, awesome job!

I understand why they suggest reusing some old code lmao. There's a lot that I would want to do with this game when the jam is over if people want more from this style. Thank you again for playing!
The old Animal Crossing games were my favorite, so this caught my eye. If you guys continue this project after the jam, I'd love to play! The 3D models were good, as well as the general direction the game was going!
