better than my rocket building game

What are the other build a rocket games?

(1 edit)

Amazing game, very "polished"

Amazing, thanks. Def add timer options post jam

took me a minute to realise I had to "collect" the yellow bullets, the replay at the end ties it all together. I sat on the death screen for ages thinking that something else was going to happen lol

amazing game, like minute hero and animal well combined

great intro, strong themes, ok for a student game, maybe focus more on gameplay instead of just the visuals and themes in the future. plenty of engaging infinite runners out there you can use for research.

thanks, I don't know why I wanted to keep the 10 second count down, maybe it fits with the rocket launch theme (even though real rocket launch count downs are longer than 10 seconds)

It's actually more like 35 seconds cos each tick is 3.5 seconds

my daughter also likes this game, she would cook 2 stakes and 2 veg at the same time on one timer and then turn off the stove in order to plate them all up, smarter than me lol

The packages add a small amount of friction and panic as you scramble to find the parts you need, it fits with the theme.

It's easier if you open a bunch of crates before you start building.

IRL I don't think anyone built a rocket from exploded parts but there have been plenty of times where new rockets were made from spares and reused parts.

came back to complete the game cos it was so good lol

can't get it to run so I wont vote but cute lil mushroom dudes

black screen on firefox with a missing path error

nice bomb defusing game, could do with fewer repeats on the mini games. nice choice of music. it's good that you added different difficulty levels unlike my game which only has 1

super cool game!, like reverse sukia game and billiards.

I wish the game would auto cancel a cut that hits nothing

also a grading system instead of a boolean win/lose state would have been nice

perfect for touch screen

it's alright, text is hard to read, I'd put the first puzzle on the ground floor so you're not wondering around aimlessly at the beginning, you need to hook a player in the first couple seconds

really nice game, wish there were even more synergies!

I can see this being as addictive as luck be a landlord.

maybe add a number to the corruption orb so I know how much it was worth at a glance.

will do!

thanks, more connectors give more points so they aren't completely useless

Really nice game, controls felt a bit clunky, would have been nice to have a harpoon animation for the fish catching. Little bit of z-fighting in the cabin as well. I can see this being a very cozy incremental game.

I would swap the fish cleaning to be a swing meter with clear red and green area for the cut prompt cos at the moment it looks like you get ruined state with little indication what went wrong.

it's good but I found grabbing resources from the large planets to be more difficult than it's worth, would have liked to have a magnet or something to help grab resources there or an upgrade to make flying in planets easier

visited every planet, even the far top right one... hoo boy

thanks, you only get control of the thrust that's pointed in that direction, to get side to side motion you need to rotate the thruster with Q and E. Check the video in the description.

love it!

lovely game, one of the best in the jam.

neat take on the theme and perfectly executed, very polished and no bugs or lag

bravo

really nice artwork, kinda reminds me of tin tin

short and engaging

the count down is not very prominent on the screen, maybe some ui on the boat would help keep track of your boost and let you focus on dodging rocks

yeah, lots of people have said the time is too short, another case of developer difficulty level

hah, you managed to make a jankier kerbal space program lol

it's pretty fun to see how high you can get

I think just 2 boosters with no fuel tank is way OP and earn me most of my money

the buy button is weirdly unresponsive and I have to click it a couple times to register

I can hide the info box after buying a thing so I can't see or click on what's under it

really interesting time loop game, I liked exploring the world and slowly upgrading my character. not sure why there are black walls blocking the view everywhere.

you should add a cover image, you can do it now

you should add a cover image to attract more players

it's an interesting darwinia style game, I only managed to try a couple minutes before crashing

it's a bit odd how the player is bigger than the other humans and is always drawn on top, it gives the impression that the people are flat wall paper you walk on, try making the player drawn below humans that are lower than him and above the ones higher than him to give the impression of depth

you want to add a cover image to attract more players, you can do it now even

cool puzzle game, like a rube goldberg machine

good idea, take a look at lost and found co. on steam

very fun game, I like how it's just like one of those fake mobile game ads lol

I like how the higher capacity rooms are the same but with capybaras on top of each other lol

the staff all go to the same work spot though and there's no speed boost to having multiple in the same room so some kind of AI manager would help spread them out.

the coins got very laggy for me and the later upgrades take ages to buy cos the coin spend speed doesn't ramp up.

maybe you can compress the coins into higher value coins when they stack too high

could be a very good incremental game with some optimisation and QoL tweaks, maybe some more room types and events

nice concept, I like the ski free yeti ref. it's really hard to wrangle the drunk camera lol

hah, nice pun. I like how you change form as you take steps. not sure how to interact with the switch

very cute, I reached the black hole on my 2nd run

visually appealing and fun for a while, not sure if your decks change later on, I didn't get that far

bit of a stretch on the theme but it's a fun game

nice little sokoban with a move limit

yes, tile movement might have been better, a couple times I would edge too close to a blast and got hit or I got stuck on a corner and wasn't able to smoothly round the corner
