It has some good ideas, and it has an appealing art style. The thrall mechanic could make for interesting combat.

Cool game. A lot of potential. Glad I wasn't the only one who couldn't finish my game. The art style looks really great. Keep at it, interested to see what happens next.
haha yeahhh, as a beginner i bit off a biiiit more than i could chew. & even that was AFTER scaling down the idea like 10000% percent TvT...
im glad you liked the art! i leaned into a bit of my usual style with a more of a borderless look to make it more.... hmmmm idk actually! it just looks cooler >:D

Thanks so much!!! The seed for this idea's been bouncing around in my head for a while & im super happy this jam gave me the opportunity to break the ice in terms of actually making something of it! The process helped me come up with so many more ideas for gameplay and story & ive alr started work on the next update! Im so glad you liked it ^-^

Thank you LOLL, there was soooo much lore i wanted to dump into the build so that seemed like the only solution T0T. I'm definitely continuing this & have already started work on some more features thatll give it a bit more substance!! ^-^ Godot has been so much fun so far & is just the right amount of coding vs design for me, im so glad i tried it.

Pretty cool what ya got here so far. Not a lot to do but hey, the artstyle's pretty to look at. I also liked the little dev note you added, without it I would have had no idea what was happenign wouldn't ever have thought to kill what looked to me just like an NPC. I thought it was also pretty interesting to hear a bit of behind the scenes stuff. Overall, pretty much nothing but like you said it is a working process so I'd love to see where it goes!

Very short, but very fun! I liked it, and I'm very curious about the undead minion companion mechanic. I felt bad for killing them, but I also wanna know what they'll do? This is a very pretty game and the brushstroke style animation was really neat, well done!

Nice work :) I read the dev-notes and you managed to do a lot even with little experience and time. The animations and artstyle is super neat so would love to see what else you might come up with :D
The only small suggestion I would give in its' current state would be to clear up some of the foreground where you spawn, so it's easier to read the text and possibly wait to spawn enemies until you press "Q" to de-spawn the text box :)

The art looks really cool. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't much to do, but it's clearly a project that needs a lot more time.
The only feedback I have is that the text/font is really hard to read when it's just a single letter or a word I don't recognise. For example, when it said press e it didn't really look like an e. Or your username, I couldn't really tell if it was an I or a 1, and h or n.

Glad to hear you fixed the attacking bug I was wondering why I couldn't walk suddenly haha. I would absolutely love a full version of this game too its really fun! The art style is amazing ♥
