I only got to the bee level because admittedly, I wasn't fully aware the the screen at the end of each level was a choice. it looked more like a general "here is what you get for having completed XYZ level" . That being said, I recommend a little polish to the interactivity to really show the player they can choose one or the other ^^ Another clarity polish would be to really show that the cute little positivity notes are "lives" (i just thought they were for moral support lol XD)
Otherwise, beautifully done ! And happy belated to frozencrunch :3 you should be proud of this accomplishment!
