Making a VN is easy, just really time consuming. Or do you mean how hard is it to replace the MC, I would need to replace every render with a new, mc and re render all the animations. I don't have all the saved animation, some of my files got corrupted. The new MC would also have to be the same height, or the pov images would also need replacing.
