Hey — I just played your jam entry and really enjoyed the concept and atmosphere in your game. The blend of mechanics and tension works well, and the visual design is engaging. One suggestion: adding clearer instructions or a brief tutorial could help new players understand the objectives faster, and maybe some feedback indicators for key actions would improve the overall experience.

If you’d like, please check out my game and rate it: /jam/gamedevtv-halloween-jam-2025/rate/3971977

— thanks so much and best of luck in the jam! :)

Interesting idea! I love the narrative and atmosphere here, feel like the gameplay could use a little tuning but this would be a very interesting project if taken further! Nice work. :D

I really like the idea but its really hard to play even with the controls and the manual. For example i figured out how to tune and find a signal but after that i had no idea what to do it was not explained what the images/buttons where on the second screen (or at least i could not find it) It was telling about the different tools however i did not realy know how to use them.

I think something like this can realy benefit from a tutorial level where everything is  a bit more explained. I do like the visuals of your game and the athmosphere i do think it has potential

I added to the itch.io page to explain all the symbols.

I think this game has a ton of potential! I've never player Papers, Please...but I like using all the tools and trying to figure things out.

I think with some more time this could be really awesome! Well done :D

Two technical issues that should be easy to fix: Game window is too small, a full screen option would go a long way, and I'm not sure if there's supposed to be one, but when I focused on the game window my cursor disappeared.

Developer

Fullscreen works in the download but when I did it in web it would still remain at a small size. Sorry for any inconvenience my best solution is to zoom in the website.

- game too small. You can probably click the allow fullscreen button in the project
settings and it will work.
- You still have time. I'd put  a little more effort into the page.
- art is awesome
- theme is awesome. I think this is the only radio static one I have seen.
- since the controls are clear for keyboard idk how to finish the game
- very cool tho. I like how the you can decode the messages

The game's very small and I couldn't figure out how to play.
You may want to write the controls down in the description.

Will check back again!
